Our experience with Capital Numbers was really great. Starting with our first call with Dibakar, who is not only very good at his expertise but also really honest and helpful. The development team we mostly interacted with Santanu and Abhijeet are also really knowledgeable, flexible and very good at communications. They are good at sharing about the project progress as well as patiently listening about our requirement. For our website, whatever we have asked for, they did more than expected by going the extra mile. We really appreciate and loved their work. On 2 Jan, 20 I gave my technical round interview. HR told me I am selected as per the technical round. But the last phase will be the HR round. For the HR round, I have to come on 10th Jan. But I rescheduled it on 8 Jan. Due to Bandh, they called me if it was possible to attend on 7 Jan. I thought it was HR round then no issue. The last 3 days were a nightmare for me. Because within a day gap my two relatives suddenly died. I was not mentally ready for any technical round. What I see in the interview was the core technical round. I will not say he asked me very hard questions, but I am not ready for that. One of my childhood friends "Pronay" already working there. I thought in the new year 2020, I got a Good Opportunity. But I am wrong...

So, Never Believe any one be prepared for every thing ...

I met the Capital Numbers team in person at SXSW 2015 in Austin, Texas. They had a booth in the convention center and were very approachable.

I explained that I needed part-time designer work, 10-20 hours week and I wasn't happy paying $125/hour to the designer I was currently paying for such work. They made a great pitch and appeared to have everything I was looking for.

Of course I was hesitant at first to use a company I knew was outsourcing work to another country. I've worked with outsourcing companies before and I've rarely seen good results. I was literally stunned at the work I received. The communication I received from their designer was professional and fast. I was overjoyed at the quality of work I received. I was literally in a state of shock, waiting for the other shoe to drop and for some "gotcha" to creep up. It never came.

They're really this good. Their design work is excellent. It may not be $125/hour good, but I don't need design work that good. I just need things finished quickly according to my specifications and that's exactly what they do at CN. I'm just elated at the quality of work and professionalism in communication. I can't recommend them enough.

EDIT: Capital Numbers has reached out to me to reconcile my issues and I'm giving them another shot. I appreciate the gesture and what they're offering. I've updated this review to reflect that and will update again once the next project is complete.
