We have a monthly pass with britomart and their partner car parks. after a particularly stressful morning I managed to lose my car park ticket for the first time in my life . They proceeded to charge me $75 for 2 hours parking . Despite trying to protest otherwise they would not listen. It was 11 a.m. I clearly couldn't have been in the car park all day. Not happy.

There should be no place in Auckland for businesses like this. $20 for parking on a Sunday is a total rip off. I couldn't find any mobility parking. General signage and layout leaves a lot to be desired. Just shut it down!

Good location by the Britomart area. Fairly expensive, but it's a new and well kept facility. Big building with lots of parking, but it seems that most of it is leased so there's a lot of driving to get to the top level, and some of the direction markings are not particularly clear. The shade sails on the top level are a nice touch in summer because they keep the sun off the cars.

Found parking after what seemed like endless 'reserved' carparks, exits marked reasonably clearly. $20 parking for Friday night... Only there for 2 hours so it wasn't economical for us at that time. Car was where we left it.

What a horrible experience. Over an hour stuck on the 5th floor and still no movement. Reception blaming "traffic" in the city for the congestion. No one directing congestion within the parking building And a bitchy lady on the phone. Not to mention a health and safety disaster.

The parking here is the biggest rip off in Auckland 45 dollars is what I paid. I was involved in an event at shed 10 which required me to have my company vehicle close by. The following day I parked on the other side of the ferry terminal at the downtown parking building. The cost of parking here was a maximum of 10 Dollars which was perfect for me because the event at shed 10 I meant I needed parking from 11 a.m. till 10 p.m. at night. I love the Internet because it provides me with the power to pass on my experience to others so they don't have the same problems.

Very posh looking car park, with lots of paying stations and concierge desk. Each floors are identified by different types of new zealand native birds; art works by Flox, especially commissioned for the car park. However, BEWARE: it's not operated by the council! Hence, the rate is very expensive; $6 per 30 minutes, $12/hrs :o :o :o learn from my mistake, and only use this car park as your last resort.

Not even worthy of 1 star. Never park here if you ...

Not even worthy of 1 star. Never park here if you can avoid it, if you do make sure you print a receipt when you pay so you can show them it when asked to pay an extra fee for taking too long (due to their traffic) if you don't have the receipt they will assume you are a liar and make you pay again. Ridiculously expensive, secret terms and conditions that aren't advertised or on display clearly for early bird parking, charge top dollar (at least $45) if you leave early bird before 3pm or after 8pm, also not mentioned clearly anywhere in the building (probably in super small fine print on a board as you drive in though you wouldn't be able to read it on the way in anyway), charge an extra minimum of $6 ($6.45 using eftpos/credit card) on top of what you already pay for early bird for taking any longer than 10-15 mins to get out of the building after you have paid for the ticket, if using early bird parking you must park on level 6, leaving after usual office hours you can wait up to an hour or two if not longer just in traffic in the car park building. I park here everyday of the week and don't even know I waste my time and money other than it being close to work, time spent sitting in the car park building traffic to get to level 1 could walk to another park nearby and save heaps of time. Management is hopeless, put up posters 1day in advance when increasing their rates which has happened at least twice in the last twelve months. Have literally been ripped off here nurmerous times, so many that I have lost count.

Shocking. $75 lost ticket fee. Regardless of how long you've been there. I parked for an hour and they unapologetically wanted to charge $75.

This fee is predatory and unjustifiable - it does not reflect the actual costs involved with a customer losing a ticket.

Night/day difference VS parking at a Westfield where cameras scan your number plate and there are no tickets to lose. They'll even help you locate your car if you can't find it!

Thought we were all learning to be a bit kinder to each other this year. Britomart carpark needs to get with the times and treat their customers as human beings.

Edit: Just checked a photo of my ticket and saw it includes my number plate. So they do capture your plate number. And it would be easy enough to search that up in the database to see your entry time and print another ticket, perhaps with a reasonable 5-10$ manual processing fee . But this business would rather be hostile to customers that make a genuine human mistake. Disgusting.

Public parking starts at level 5.

Public parking starts at level 5.
Reserved and leased parking available up to level four. You are paying premium down town parking rates crawling up a rather tight low-ceilinged spiral and then searching for a suitable space. I wouldn't take a big car if I could avoid doing so. Marked motorbike spaces are available. Some out-of-hours pricing deals are available.
Exiting/ingress modestly-ok signposted. I felt disorientated the first times there (night, no visible land marks). Close proximity to the Event centre. Easy walking to shops and facilities East of Queen Street.

Clean, consistent, reliable and affordable... I'm on a monthly parking pass, and it equates to less than $10/day for me. Awesome to be able to park in the city whenever I want at this flat rate.

Good carpark you just need to make sure you understand what to do.
For early bird you need to drive to level 5 there will be a guy standing at the top and he will validate your ticket.
You also have to leave after a certian time.
I think its after 3pm or 3.30pm other wise they sting you with a 54 dollars dollar parking ticket. Hope this save someone some money

Been sitting on level 6 for 15 min trying to get out of this car park ... Called to ask them to open the other exit so people could get out and was basically told - we have another exit but it probably won't get opened. How can they charge you an hour extra because your stuck in their car park ????

Was charged 40 dollars instead of 20 dollars for parking from 830 pm on 31st of December until 550 am on the 1st of January. Unfortunately, I paid the amount at the machine and was told that I would never get a refund.

Will never use this place again.

Don't park here if you have an event to attend at Vector Arena!! It took us 11/2 hours to get out of the parking building after the Billy Connolly show due to Britomart Car Park's oversight and lack of preparation!

Despite advertising FREE 2h parking, they wont bother advertising when pr what new conditions would be and when they were going to change, poor signage despite being told by customer service desk who was in fact a nice lady. Parking leaning towards over priced but it is what it is. City has become rather intolerable with expensive parking and less places to park.

I attended an event at spark arena on sat 3rd of Aug 2019 at 530 pm
Used your car park allocated close to the arena and used your $25 rate for event parking. overpriced! for such bad service
But we quickly noticed that the cars were slow to leave the car park due to only one barrier arm being used. I find this service to be of a VERY low standard for the fee you and your group charge to use the car park
as I customer to spark arena event, I am confused why more was not done to service the car park better!
your group must have an understanding that it will be peak use at this time and times!

Liked Absolutely nothing! Sitting in my car for more than an hour- no one moving . Ridiculous set up. Do not recommend at all! Would have been faster to ride the bus home - 17km away! Never using this park again.
Consistent one star rating fir very good reason - zero star was not an option!!!! Frustrating experience. When I spoke to the lady at reception she said I was welcome to leave my car and take the bus but I would have to pay for overnight parking!!!

Ripped off and the attitude is - "your bad luck!" Paid $18 for early bird parking, but couldn't get the car out due to a traffic jam in the parkade. So had to abandon the car to get to a concert at Vector arena. Then had to pay another $45 after the concert. We went to reception to seek assistance. No-one was interested in helping. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Avoid if you can!

6.30pm Left my credit card in waiheke, not from Auckland and had to get my 11 month old son to sleep. Got to parking building asked if I could pay manually as I knew my cc number she said no, no again to Internet banking and no again to an invoice.. Even offered to pay an extra fee. I asked what my options were. She said go find some money. Lucky an old couple lent me $20 but she had to be the most heartless cold woman I have met in my entire life.

Signage is beautifully designed but hopelessly uninformative. Only one staff member on weekends, whose sole responsibility appears to be ticketing people who are confused by the ambiguous signs.

Very dangerous for pedestrians, who are able to walk out a door directly into a lane of traffic.

Greedy pigs of Auckland

Greedy pigs of Auckland
Once I lost my ticket so made to pay $55 to get out of the car park but then as soon as I was out I found my original ticket on the floor of the car (2mins). Took it to admin and ask for a refund. Nope! You lost your ticket they said. I showed them the ticket. Sorry can't help!
