Already a country that seizes the passport for months for the issuance of a residence visa proves to reason with extreme arrogance towards the citizens. Then when they deny residences of people who bring in their country thousands of pounds because they think they are missing photographs and not give no chance to send them but cancel everything causing problems without limits to families or because according to them the signature is not exactly centered in the appropriate box on the form; they perform acts that they know are ridiculous. A country whose economy is based on thefts (pirates) and colonialism capable of impoverishing poor countries and not bringing growth and evolution and now starting to pay the bill; and then, bye bye dear England, bye bye to your lack of hygiene, bye bye to your trucks that pick up the dustbin (including wet) every two weeks, vortions that you are nothing else. Hello hello to your narrow streets where you run like crazy on cars with rumbling and pounding volumes to volumes impossible, hello hello to your many boisterous motorcycles and your entire generations covered with paleolithic tattoos, rings everywhere and where they blend the most extreme shortcomings of ' absence of decoration. Hello hello to your supermarkets with obscene and inedible food where you buy pajamas, maybe with slippers and of course with the socks without even being combed. Hello hello to your young people who are only to get drunk with poor quality beer in rivers and that in the pack go around exercising bullying vulnerable bystanders. Hello hello with your people attached to money that shows a great interior miserability and your messy, dirty homes, the total absence of the bidet and your funding to increase mental health care. Goodbye to your young grown up without being able to demonstrate their emotions, victims of a distant and frightened, and wild adult world. But keep your country. What to lose, it's just you. You, part of a country where institutions do not serve the citizens but exert power over them, because you have no history, and your barbaric way of thinking, unfortunately, Anglo-Saxons, is based on arrogance. Far from our country and we from you, because we have thousands of years of history. You must learn from us. And we must prevent corrupt and delirious policies from changing our beautiful, beautiful country into a Europe where those who, unfortunately, command the lobbies of another Anglo-Saxon country, overseas. If there were, in these realities, an interest in doing things well, these reviews would serve something, but in the arrogance of imposition, they are useless, if not to allow the drafting of an opinion.

I find it absurd that they do not answer the phone. The same disk is the one used for the Consulate. The staff who sleeps? What would be the English efficiency? I wrote my question on a site where I saw that the staff answers once on 20 .... absurd I would have never expected such sloppiness from the English

The individual case is that of an Italian ex globe trotter, a little more like British at heart, especially as a victim of the confusional interpretation of the above mentioned law, by the State Courts administrators, even though most a judges have been very staunchly trying to apply the law as it was intended to.This is all very well documented by judiciary documents a sentences. There has been something like a confusional war game to keep him away from getting what was due to him.

Here is how the press has initially reacted before being gagged. "Rich on paper, but stripped for money! Il Messaggero di Roma.." Other national newspapers called him the , the Poor Millionaire and other curious different definitions for each of them. Readers, International Digest has titled the definition this way: " .... a Crazy judiciary happening that only in Italy could have taken place!"

they never, ever, EVER, reply to emails, it's embarassing.

Terrible experience! They never answer the phone and when they FINALLY do they are arrogant and condescending. You really need to improve your customer service!

I do not understand some of these reviews claiming they never reply to e-mails, they are rude, etc.

My experience with the Embassy has been excellent. I had a very specific and unusual problem relating to needing a second original copy of my CNI (Nulla Osta) and not only did I get two replies to my e-mail from them, but also when I called to iron out the details of the situation they were incredibly helpful, took the time to give me clear instructions of what they needed from me and the person I spoke to clearly knew who I was from the previous e-mail exchange.

A big thank you to Michele, who helped me with all of this.

I ve applied for a visa application and for certain reasons I had to cancel the application and asked for refund in time. Whole procedure was done in the month of October 2018 and still haven t got any reply or refund. It s really worst customer experience that I had, paying for a service that I didn t even got any benefit from it.

Only solution is to contact them via mail or by phone that requires more addition costs. No words...

my experience goes back to almost 15 years ago. I tried to enter to ask for informations ( I do not remember which informations, too much time since then ) but they refuse to welcome . I do not remember which reasons they add as a valid motivation for them but there was no way to get in at that time... Now, I do not know if things are changed.. By the way now we use the web so don't need anymore going personally in most places because of the informations posted through thr net..

I would like to state how INCREDIBLE LUDOVICO MALOBA is.... What he has done for myself and family has been impecable service in ALL AREAS. We were left completely stranded after booking an accommodation with HomeAway to find when we arrived in Sardinia the property was under complete renovation. We were travelling with 2 children. Both children are cared for and not our own and the youngest suffering from severe mental health issues (to include aspergers among others). LUDOVICO went above and beyond to make us feel safe and not neglected. He put through complaints on our behalf as HomeAway had provided us with False numbers to contact them aswell as being provided False contact information on our travel insurance by EASYJET. LUDOVICO helped to provide much needed contact information for all parties involved in leaving us stranded. HE WAS A GUARDIAN ANGEL IN OUR TIME OF NEED SENT FROM HEAVEN.
Without LUDOVICO I do not know where myself and family would have been. LUDOVICO MALOBA is a truly honerable man who provides CREDIT to his company and I CANNOT PRAISE HIM ENOUGH.
This man deserves pure grace from god and a HUGE PAY RISE FROM HIS COMPANY.
I hope that anyone calling in need of help manages to get this man and his incredible service... WE OWE YOU SO MUCH MORE THAN JUST REVIEWS. And pray you obtain the greatest of KARMA.

I went to embrace of uk in Roma, there was a woman, but her attitude was so bad, she didn't see my information and she does care about it which there was a people asking for her help, she doesn't let me into the door, she let me stay outside, and she didn't really want to talked to me, she just always reply me go to the online to apply information, and ask the police... OMG this journey was so bad to me....
