I have dealt many embassies this from far is the worst. Not helpful at all!!!

This is definitely the worst experience with any embassy. couldn't be more raciest. Hang up my call... 1star is too much for this. should be negative.

I had the displeasure of speaking to an extremely rude operator who kept transferring me back to the directory grouchily saying I should press "3" which redirected me back to him a couple of times. When I explained to him I did exactly that and it was still taking me to him he didn't even say anything but just silently transferred me to the directory again. After this I accidentally hung up so I had to speak to him again, at which point he just hung up on me without saying anything.

I am trying to call you guys from Dubai, please some tell the number of immigration along with the ISD Code

Asked for some advise about Brexit. They could not have been less helpful.

Not sure what services they believe they are providing, outside of spending huge amounts of UK tax payers money and telling people look at their website.

Worthless.
