no coordination within their internal departments, could not deliver things on time - NTrust Team

When you re creating a new space, it needs lots of thought, love and dedication. And this team of girls are the opposite of this.

They re just two girls with a head full of arrogance and zero commitment to the project on hand. In fact, a disgrace to the community of interior designers.

So, if you want your project to be one of chaos and stress, this is the team for you. They do a terrible job post giving the designs. No supervision. Nothing.

On our project, their lack of involvement has created so much stress that our work space is still a mess despite clarity in communication from our side and two extra months for the space to be completed than discussed. we have been through hell thanks to these girls being a part of our project.

So, just a caveat to the good people out there who have a dream for a place they want to create. make the right choice

When you have come as a part of a team, it is your basic responsibility to act as one and not disassociate yourself and put the blame on your other partner. You were not hired by us personally for us to breakdown your roles personally. As a team, you all are equally and collectively responsible for delivering the project 100%. It s basics.

Things have absolutely not turned personal. We kept it very professional. It is you girls you have no basic respect for your clients and behave like amateurs. Ignoring clients. Not responding to messages. Not being present on site to overlook the execution of your designs. Deleting genuine feedback given. Deleting reviews. Blocking users. What a shame.

All this aside, you have failed in your responsibility to deliver what you are being paid for. You lack the basic decency to acknowledge your clients presence on site and discuss the short comings too.

You call your selves businesswoman but lack the basics of communicating and fixing the problem.

You also don t know to take criticism in your stride positively and work toward making things better. Can t expect better from you anyway. You ve shown your true side in the past few weeks.

And if you still want to end this on a positive note, you are expected to complete the project and fix the horrible job done so far and not run away from it like you have.

Make sure it s done like in the design approved. Then call it your best foot forward. And then talk about dedication. I have never seen dedicated people leave their tasks like you two have. It s the opposite of dedication, what you have shown on this project.

As part of the NTrust management, here's a heartfelt review to the team of designers who did our office. They came up with good designs initially. No doubt about that. They incorporated most of our requirements.
But what is the point of a design if you can't turn into reality. Even worse, when you don't bother to complete work even post occupancy.
Our project was to be handed over on 31st March and as of today, i.e.16th May, the team has not bothered to get things right. Here's proof of the same.
For any office, primary necessity if filing. And here's the difference between their 3D's and work done on site. Filing cabinets designed for the purpose of filing, don't even fit basic files in them. And this is nothing by sheer lack of supervision and commitment towards the project by the team of girls.
Leaving a review for the better to help make the better choice.
It was a dream office for us where we entrusted our vision to be turned into reality to this team. But they have terribly failed us.

We ve got the interiors of our home done with them and I must say...great team work and amazing dedication! Thanks a tonne! :)

Did a really sloppy job in one of our office. Lacks communication and commitment. *Edit* I am part of NTrust, the amount of stress we are in cause of the delayed work is ridiculous!

As beneficiaries (turned into victims )and end users of this teams design, leaving a review behind for greater good. This team did our office space but their lack of involvement in the process has cost us our ease in doing daily work.

We chose Design dialogue for our home interiors and didnot repent a bit.The house looks exactly like the 3d designs. The girls showed great commitment till the end of the project. They stayed up late at the site to ensure everything went as per the design.

As we didn't want to spend too much they refurbished our old furniture and bought a fresh look to our house.

Its been 6months we moved to our new place, everyone loves it ! Everytime we had even a small repair they responded immediately and got things done asap. They also have a great carpentry and electrical team. We made the right choice by choosing Design Dialogue. Cheers to young talent !!

Very irresponsible. Despite of regular reminders and follow ups, Project not handovered yet.
