Very cool. I highly recommend it for children. It is also suitable for adults of all ages. It is very enjoyable to study. There is never boredom in it, but its price is expensive and the number of hours is few.

British Council hires "Native Like" teachers. Current Fall 2017 session Upper Intermediate ELT is from Poland? Yes, she lived in Canada but ( teacher does not provide adequate error correction, disorganized, and unable to provide a more enriching class - everything is straight from the book. ) ... Lower level classes have Moroccan teachers; all of this would not be such a big deal but when you charge a premium 3300dh ( 1000 to 1600 dh over the "American" schools ) the value for money will not be found here. It is unfortunate because B.C. has a good international reputation but not countinued on here.
Customer service has EXTREMELY Deteriorated since 2015 (the last time I took the IELTS there). Appointment and test times were not respected and no guiding information was provided. Disappointed !
Sucks very bad, IELTS test below standards, examiners have bad English besides are easy to be bribed.
it's really a think that worth spending money ...the est think is the relationship between teachers and students ..but the problem is foreigner teachers, they are a bit racists and they don't do their job as they have to ...i'm not talking about all of them of course there is a lot of them that are soooo good ...but also a part are a bit bad for being teachers they are abscent a lot of times ... personnaly this term i had a teacher ..i don't think i can mention her name ...but in all of this term i've seen her just two times ...and litterally everybody are hating her ...cuz she's so bad....really guys *i'm talking to people working in british council* she's ruining your efforts . i'm in casablanca's british council.
The teacher was good, but the management is not flexible
The IELTS test was a complete disaster! The room was hot and the Air Conditioner was off in August! The room was noisy due to a lack of acoustic isolation ! The speaking test was done while wearing a facemask, which is not confortable at all, the pronunciation may be altered and the examiner could not understand all what had been said, as a result the grade was really low! The cost of the review if you ask for a second revaluation are extremely high 760Dhs per assessment ! The UX of the website is a real mess! A lot of useless informations that gets you lost!

This is not a positive review, so today I passed the ielts academic exam, for the money I payed I expected better, better organization better environment for the actual test, but noo the ielts I passed today was a mess, I had to travel from another city to get there at 7.30 as you asked in the email so we can start at 9, well we started at 10 we finished at 1 pm, they kept on stopping the listening because someone couldn't hear properly, which confused me and made me unable to focus, during the writing test I asked for a blank sheet they said I have to use the exam paper where the topics were given, I already used that for task 1, and there is no space left, so I had to write directly and I made a mess of that paper.
At the end when we finished the bloody thing we had to stay the for an extra 30 min, in silence if we start a friendly a conversation they ask us to shut up, what's the point we already finished all the exams and handed the papers, we are not going to cheat .
I had a stressful experience, I don't recommend it, do toefl test unstead ( probably going to take one in the near future too).
