A rotten service, just for an information of 3 min, I waited almost two hours, it looks like the receptionist was not there, he asks me what I want, I answer, he menends a ticket with a number and he asks me to wait.
think of setting up an information office, it does nothing but give information to people, it is shameful for an organization such as yours.

I had the opportunity to spend the IELTS organized by the British Council.
The organizing team is obviously lacking in professionalism.
Students who are there to supervise the exam discuss with each other in the middle of a written test. It is absolutely necessary to improve the reception of the participants to the test, it is very important.

Terrible attitude, horrible system.

Terrible attitude, horrible system.
They don t know how to reply calling and e-mail.
Also, They don t know what is the advantage of computer delivered test, but they are serving it without brain.
If you took an exam in here, i would be a miserable mistake on your life.
