The IELTS test was a complete disaster! The room was hot and the Air Conditioner was off in August! The room was noisy due to a lack of acoustic isolation ! The speaking test was done while wearing a facemask, which is not confortable at all, the pronunciation may be altered and the examiner could not understand all what had been said, as a result the grade was really low! The cost of the review if you ask for a second revaluation are extremely high 760Dhs per assessment ! The UX of the website is a real mess! A lot of useless informations that gets you lost!
The only positive thing is the front office staff who were very helpful and professional! #IELTS #Cambridge #Britishcouncil
