Avoid the guy who is the only male in that particular department the three other ladies seem to be more genuine. Spent a lot of dosh for an application which meant to be done only in the UK. If I am not wrong his name is Alp and he is getting into disputes deliberately raising personal matters which is not his business at all bunch of uneducated peasant . It is time to serve his P45 and out from there . Yours Aye )))

The service was very bad. I would lose the visa for the second time because of their negligence. After they sent the visa for the first time, one month after its expiry, the visa was ready for the second time and they did not tell me.

When you call, s *** a line to your mouth. Typical turkish people. Learn kindness and gentleness

Nobody answers their phone, its just a waste of time.. If you listen the operator in English, it ends the call after giving you the website!! And if you follow the Turkish, there ll be a lady answering your call and she never answers any question and she complains that everyone is calling the operator in Turkish coz the English side has nobody to answer only the automated operator.. basicly I ve been trying this since last December, THIS MUST BE A JOKE

To day I ve had to ring the consulate to try and find me nephew in Instanbul airport. They were amazing. So extremely helpful and reassuring. Went out of there way to try and find him. Within a few minutes they could assure us here in England he had acquired 2 meal vouchers yesterday, so at least we knew he was ok, although he hadn t made contact with us (his phone had broken). After sending photos of him they are now searching the airport for him. I cannot thank them enough. Bless you all.

You will go to TLS Contact / Profilo AVM for visa application, friends. Don't come here.

Nobody replies on calls and on mails, so I spent half day to reach them, and they didn't allow me to even enter.

Typical useless British service. Don't waste your time trying to call them. They will just refer you to a website that is as slow to update to current conditions, as the 4G in Istanbul on a British Phone.

i was really disaapointed when i called just to confirm if i need a visa, to my knowledge i dont need but for safety reasons i wanted to confirm i was suprised when i was told to contact the office in UK!!! i mean whats the point of the office here if they cant help us??? Just to answer a simple question!!

They never answer the phone, automated operators just hang up after giving you their website like you re not clever enough to check their website before calling.. Turkish menu takes you to an actual operator and the lady constantly complains about the English operator, she doesn t answer any tiny question and tells you to go back to English operator.. Guys if you re not working just say it, but this way its just not fare for noone
