Bunch of incompetent staff member at passport and visa section. Just out to make money. Avoid the guy who is the only male in that particular department the three other ladies seem to be more genuine. Spent a lot of dosh for an application which meant to be done only in the UK. If I am not wrong his name is Alp and he is getting into disputes deliberately raising personal matters which is not his business at all bunch of uneducated peasant .
