This company sucks, all their mcdonalds suck. They have terrible customer service not only at the restaurants but at the corporate office to, and its really sad how they work here. Im ashamed to have worked with them

Absolutely the worst place in Nashville to eat. It is right around the corner from where i attended school at night. I only go there when i am about to die from startvation because that is all its good for. I pop in about once a month and it never is right. Just got a mushroom swiss with no mushrooms (i have pictures) AND i had to drive up to give them time to cook it. I have filled out the online survey so many times and nothing is going to change. I promise you they will mess it up if you give it a try.

Yeah this is Robert Johnson I know Mr. Gray very well the Green Hills branch of McDonald's is run very well it just needs more staff members and the ice cream machine probably needs to be replaced because it's never working right but Mr. Gray and Grayco is a great company I did though notice that this location has got more employees now than it did they're young and very well-trained

Hi i had a wonderful experence at McDonald's today.my eggmcmuffin. Was burnt.Pauletta was do kind and nice.fixed me up with a new mcmuffin.and she really went out of her way for me she is a wonderful employ so concerned about my experence here.shes awesome and thankd

I use to work for this franchisee! And EVERY ONE DOWN TO the woman that answer the phone is very very RUDE! I'm ASHAMED TO HAVE WORKED FOR THEM! it's SAD

The ladies in the office are rude. I worked for them the 1st part of last year and called about my W-2s and the lady said we sent them out 2 days ago and in the same conversation told me they were mailed yesterday she dont what she talking about

Rivergate Mcdonalds is a mess. The management (tasha and mario) have no ipc skills at all and act with impunity of tin gods.so i go to burger king down the street now..friendly staff a tv and an outlet to charge devices. They act like they appreciate their patrons. Mcdonalds should take a lesson from their competitors. Cheap gimmicky food thats terrible for health in general i can live longer without. Bye ronald you really are a clown.

Management is very rude to their employees as well as their customers I have witness this first hand they treat the staff fuzzing an cussing at the staff You don t speak to young people like that 5800 old hickory Blvd especially Alaina Nelson

I just went to the McDonalds In the Nashville West area today! Awful might be flattering!
Every worker in there was coughing over the food as they were cooking! I seldom go to McDonalds but I won t ever go to this one again! I wasn t the only customer who felt this way either!!!

They Need To Get There Act Together On That Awful Drive Thur Very Slow On Services At This Place They Put Kids Working There They Don't Care If Your Order Is Right Or Not Very Very Sorry Services

Terrible experience. Sent email with no response. Gave it 6 months tried to go back, woman at the drive through was rude, again. Ownership has no concern.
