Don t go on busy days. We had a screaming kid in our pod of 25 people for an hour, not pleasant. Great views!

It was such a beautiful day and lovely weather. Visiting London eye made it even more better. My family was very happy and I really enjoyed myself. It was extremely busy but this is what you expect when you visit any tourist places London during beautiful weather. Prices are bit high but you wouldn t regret if you visited as it is such a prime location and great experience.
I would love to go back again and will recommend everyone to visit the place if you are a tourist.

One of the most iconic place in London. You can t just go to London without see the London eye. Right across from the Big Ben this magnificent ride is on the other side of the river. If you walk by the river side you can see boats in the water and there was a guy playing music and everyone just having a good time. The weather was kind of gloomy since it wasn t sunny but that s how London is like most of the year especially if it comes around winter time. But of course you have to take into account when going there. There a couple of bridges that take you to the other side across the river so you don t have a problem walking around and transportation is fairly simple. I was able to easily use Uber to get around where I wanted to go.

What a beautiful sight it is from up there... The London skyline is magnificent! Its a must visit when you're in London. The queue is shorter after 5pm, for both the London Eye and the cruise on River Thames.. So keep this for the end preferably.

The Coco cola London eye was very fun and cool. We went above the tallest building and had phenomenal views if the city. The car you sit in is huge and spacious. It doesn't rock in the wind at all, it is very sturdy. The hour long ride is enough time to drink in everything and there is a photo for the ride down. I would recommend going as it is a fresh perspective to see the city.

The view is pleasant but it's extremely crowded. Sometimes it's challenging to even take pictures because you end up clicking others as well. If you plan on taking a ride you might regret it half a way owing to either the rush or the boredom.
Nonetheless, it's a significant place with a wonderful view which one should always experience.

Good experience can get a bird's eye 360 view of the London. Better do on a clear night. Winter can be chilly as it's just in front of the Thames Bank. Be mindful of the long queues which can be a bit inconvenient. But the queues move fast. Carriages must be retracted. Very conveniently situated in the belt where attractions like the Aquarium, Shrek adventures and the London dungeon are.

On a clear day you will have the most wonderful experience being able to look out over London. Although it gets a bit scary at the top for the faint hearted, haha, great experience and a must see when visiting England.

Absolutely amazing, glad we've done it. Managed to get a pretty clear day too so we could see for miles.

Can view all of London!! Would recommend going between 6 and 7 as the queue isn't that long normally. Only issue was there was no image taken whilst on the London eye even though an announcement asked us to face the camera.

Must do. I highly recommend the fast track pass to avoid long lines. The view is spectacular. The pace is slow enough to enjoy the different angles. The cubicles are very clean and staff is personable. Loved the night view of London (from the top). Such a great experience.

This is my first time on London eye and it's a great experience on London eye ride. Very busy place. Lots of tourist visit this place every day. The view from top of the London eye is awesome. You can see almost all London from the top. Very spacious that it can enter 10 people at one time. We enjoy very much. Nice place to visit.

Iconic place in London. Mostly popular for its giant wheel. From top of it you can see whole London City. Recommended to visit in the night time to enjoy the beauty of the lights and cool breeze of the Thames river. Mostly you can see this in all the movies.

Without going around in circles..... The views are great. The pods arent overcrowded, and you'll nearly always get a photo of what you want. Book ahead to avoid queues and you'll save time to explore other parts of London

Not really my favourite part of London. It's overcrowded with tourists and its overrated. It's cold as the people are mostly there. It's too expensive and not worth of visiting. In general, my opinion is that London is overrated. Especially that part, since now they are renovating the Big Ben, so no nice views. Not recommended from my side.

You should visit the London Eye, but br prepared to spend a good money.....

View life from above The London Eye gives travelers a chance to gain a new perspective on sights they thought they knew. Want to see the River Thames stretch from above? One of the most visited places in London. Great vti have Skyline view of London which is really big and beautiful. Little bit overpriced but great experience. One can buy tickets online to save some money. Helpful staff as they try to sell you some things at each point. Nice place to have good times with family.

One of the great new london landmarks. A great way to see a lot of london while keeping warm. The 30 minute trip allows unprecedented views over the city, and if you follow it up with the London eye river cruise, it's a great opportunity to learn and see a lot of our capitol.

Really liked it. We got the champagne package which was delightful. Great photos of the city from up here and the pods aren t too crowded. Fun!

You got to have loads of Patience tot get into the eye. Once you get in, you get a real Nice view of London. Make sure weather is good!!

I'm not trying to knock the cool factor here with a 3 star review, but the overall experience just didn't live up to the potential when we opted for the "VIP" experience...

We pre-booked tickets for the "VIP Champagne Experience" and headed towards the VIP area to check in. The VIP booth host was arguably the least useful person I met in London.

They made us go track down another employee to work with them to print out a barcode that they didn't even scan (or try to scan from my phone) before they would put us on a specific time.

Once we got that whole thing sorted out, we waited in line again at the VIP check in. We got checked in, headed upstairs to the lounge, and they said "wait a few minutes and we'll head down" rather than offering champagne as you might expect when booking an experience like that.

Then we waited in the fast track line, got on our gondola, and saw the sights. That's when we got the champagne. It was fine, but I wouldn't do the champagne experience again. Fast track definitely seems worth the price though. Don't get stuck in the crazy long line.

Awesome, if you want to see London from above that's the business apart the u know, the Shard.

Great experience. Amazing way to see London. Clean air conditioned carriages. After 2 minutes, you don't even feel like you're moving. It becomes a relaxing excursion. Great family activity!

Definitely a place you should visit during your stay in London. Choose a day with good weather and take good pictures. The view is even more stunning nearer the sunset time. Some street performers near the London Eye, so you may spend some time enjoying their performance here.

Bought tickets in advance. We were the only couple in our pod!! Amazing views, really worth seeing if you are a tourist or a local. Follows all safety and sanitation procedures.

You can buy tickets online amazing view, the wheel goes round slow so you get to see London for what it is, I would recommend everyone to go on the London Eye if they haven't.... Staff are helpful

It s exactly what you imagine it s going to be. A big wheel with great views of London. Pity Big Ben was covered in scaffolding.

After many years of wanting to go on the London Eye, I finally have. I took my mother for her birthday, it was both our first time. It was a wonderful experience. Such a beautiful view of London. Definitely going again!

Amazing entertainment for all ages and nationality. Cabin move slowly and it is very safety. You can seat, standing or move, eat snacks and drink coca cola, it is absolutely fine for family with children or couples, for every one.

It's slower than I remember, but I guess it needs to be so you can make the most of the gorgeous views. I recommend visiting on a clear day and look out for the footprint sign inside the capsule...there us a camera just outside, when you start to descend.

We enjoy the London Eye whenever we visit London. The views are great from the top and you can get some amazing photos.

One of the most beautiful pieces of architecture, this design really stands out and it took me a bit to understand how the Ferris wheel works. It sits in front or a wonderful canal view and it fairly crowded all the time with visitors and riders. There are also other little activities nearby so there is someday to do with the family, not only riding it.

Morning or night, I would probably say it is am amazing view, but I decided to just watch from the outside perspective and thought it is still something wonderful. This eye is definitely on my list to ride when I go next time, I just didn't have the correct funds to ride this!

The London Eye ride had a duration of 45 minutes approx. I would suggest to but the tickets in advance and as a combo with other attractions, so you will save some money, otherwise it's not worth the price of the single ticket.
The view from up there is really beautiful, it's something good to try for example the first day in the town, just to admire London from a high point.
The cabin is quite big, at least 10 people can stay there and still you have lots of space to take pics and enjoy your time.
I would recommend it!

Very expensive ride, but it has an amazing view of the city, especially if you are lucky enough to catch a rare cloudless day in London. If you are travelling on a budget, and the weather is not favorable, then I do not recommend. Very long queue.

The London Eye is one of the best attractions in London and doesn t fail to thrill. Best to get tickets online and avoid any long wait. The staff are friendly and approachable, the system works well and the queues move along at a nice steady pace.

Weather can make or break this occasion so may be best to plan tour trip in advance or leave it until the last minute and head up on a clear day when you re guaranteed some incredible views!

It's always a crowded and pleasant. The waiting queue for the London Eye is always long. There is a ride like this across from the London Eye.

Also known as Coca-Cola London eye, is located on Thames River. It's an observation wheel and one of the attraction in UK. The view from London eye is just amazing. Nearby places include big Ben, Westminster abbey, London bridge. You can see entire city. However the ticket prices are quite high.

It was a great experience. Spectacular all round view from the top. Would like to visit again, this time after sunset.

The experience is awesome. There is a huge queue at the ticket counter. So it is better to buy online which is also given discount from the original price. The view up there is fantastic. There is a souvenir shop at the entrance. The one round trip will take about half an hour. There is a fast track service if you want to skip the line.

We pre-booked our tickets so we knew we were able to go on at the chosen time slot. We barely had to queue as we were ushered through as a group of 4. We went on at around 5.40pm which was a fantastic time for viewing as the weather was slowly turning darker. The pod takes around 12--16 people. There is plenty of room to move around and take photos as you go around. I think the ride took about 20-30 minutes.

Despite being a Londoner this was my first time on The London Eye. Set on the Southbank of the River Thames, five minutes walk from Waterloo Station.. the London eye is like a huge wheel. Each pod is roomy and made of toughened glass. As the pod rises... London attractions become visible. You can see Buckingham Palace, Big Ben and St Georges Cathedral to name just a few. We went mid winter so it wasn't that crowded and we walked straight on.

Gives great views but long queues and the with trip has no audio... Very underwhelming all in all

Just one word "don't miss it if you're in London". And make sure you go, stand at end of cabin & enjoy the view . You don't need to sit on benches in cabin. Half an hour ride ll be over in a jiffy.

A must see place if you're in London. If the weather is good than its mandatory to visit London eye. Sponsored by coca cola, it's an awesome place. Though a bit crowdy but still Manageable. An excellent experience and very romantic. With friend or family go there and spend some memorable time there.

This was such an awesome experience! The family went to London for our girls graduation.

Large giant wheel along The Queen's Walk beside the Thames River. Situated next to the Aquarium. Accessible by Ferry, Underground and Bus services. Takes 15 minutes for a cabin to reach the very top slowly and another 15 till you disembark - ample time to see the London skyline.

Wonderful experience with gorgeous 360 degrees view of central London. You could face a long wait to get through the busy line to buy the ticket and get to the ride itself but believe me it s worth it.

This was an amazing experience and defo worth the money. I plan to visit at night. The staff was great and friendly, and the views. Oh the views.

Had a fantastic experience, witnessing sunset when we were right at the top. Queue time was about 25mins - not bad at all and continuously moving. 4D experience was fun too. Took my wife and 8 and 5 year olds and they loved it.

Great way to see London from up high. For the experience and the views, I would definitely give 5 stars especially at night. I have brought many of my clients onto the London eye as a highlight of our trips but sadly the most recent trip was marred by an employee being extremely rude to 2 of the members in our group. The way she spoke to them was completely unacceptable and maybe the management needs to make sure that their staff realise that their guests are paying customers and not cattle being herded into boxes. I think that I am going to switch to the Shard as I do not want to have this experience again as I work very hard to give my clients only positive memories of their trips to London!!!

A must visit place in London. I've been to this place long time ago and keep coming back over and over again. You get to see the whole London from the top. It's a great hang out place as well. Below are the pictures of New Year celebrations of this year.

Go Online for buying tickets of London eye ( one is Fast entry other is normal line), also can book VIP space with champagne with your loved ones. Otherwise the view itself is beautiful & a lot to do around. Cheers !

5-star because they offered my son and me a special needs pass since he has a disability. I often forget to ask, but they were very friendly. They also accommodated us and allowed us to get a different car than the one with a screaming kid. That would have been annoying. :) Thanks London Eye team!

It was a great experience to see London from that high I enjoyed it. Last summer I tried to ride but there was a long queue waiting to enter. If you come in the season it is recommended to book online otherwise you will waste your time in waiting. You can visit the web site for more detail or buying tickets.

great view of london. the queue is a bit long though and the tickets for the fast lane are a bit expensive. but I guess they have to be, otherwise their wouldn't be a fast lane

Was nice to see the skyline ... Much shorter time than I expected. I'd like to try one of the "private" or VIP experiences.

Very expensive for what you get to do, but still worth the experience to see London from above. Try to get a ticket when it's dark outside. Really stunning what you can see from above. The queues may seem long, but it's quite fast.

One of the best iconic modern London site to visit and enjoy. Tickets are mostly available online but one can get on site as well. Tickets through London pass are bit cheaper.

We went on the champagne experience and were extremely happy. We didn t have to wait in line and had a lesser packed pod, it wasn t much more money so definitely choose it!

Went with school children, good experience, but a lot of money to go on, you must do the 4 D experience, which is free with ticket, it's great fun.
