Reasonably priced food and drinks. A neighborhood spot. Nice seize dishes. Have not tried the Pizza, hamburgers are good, service is pleasant and fast

Really delicious food and the waitress was wonderful. Wish there was some nutritional information so I could plan my diet better. I went for a birthday party so couldn't choose the place. With so many restaurants putting nutritional info on menus or on line I think they could do so as well.

My husband was so excited when I told him I was bringing him home the Philly steak mushroom and cheese on a hoagie roll with the best french fries. I had a house salad with the best blue cheese dressing ever. The best food that we found here in town since we've been here two years. Thank you for your great staff and service.

Nice little restaurant. I had the Blue cheese burger and it was very good. I'd get it again. My wife had a sandwich and enjoyed it. The staff was kind and quick to refill our waters.

This is a fun, local place. Friendly faces, good food, fun place to go.

We have enjoyed Brisam's for years and have never been disappointed. We are so thankful that they are still doing the take out. It's always fast service and delicious food. We miss the ability to dine in or go for Happy Hour and look forward to doing that again. Please keep Brisam's running! It's a neighborhood gathering place!

Very friendly servers and bartenders. They always remember what I like. It's busy but never too busy to grab a seat in the bar.

The wait staff should really write down the customer food orders. There has been an issue everytime I've been in there.

Soup was cold. There was a game on so I cut some slack.

We met a large group there for happy hour and they really took great care of us! They cleared out a section with several tables and booths and rally took great care of everyone. No one waited very long for a drink or food. Every table taste tested something different. Each one was excellent! The Cesar salad was huge! Everyone had a great time. The patio looked like a fun place to have a meal and watch the sunset too. I live nearby and will be back with my family.

Love this place. Best neighborhood spot in town! I always feel welcomed here. The people are SO friendly and inviting, and the food is delicious! This place is a hidden gem, no doubt.

Absolutely amazing food and service. Had the creole shrimp and it is by far the best shrimp I've had in my entire life. Honey hot wings are amazing as well.

Glass of water good, altho needed to be refilled. Corned beef or pastrami sandwich was too fatty & not able to eat. Couldn't chew the meat. Given chicken noodle soup & it had squares if chicken in it, about 4 pieces & hard rectangular noodles. Not a good lunch, will not go there again. Totally unhappy lunch!

Chloe and Kevin rock! We were in Cave Creek for dog food at TSC recently. My wife and I were hungry, and the cashier suggested Brisams. We are food snobs, so the unknown is not always a good dinner option. We were greeted warmly as if we frequented the establishment. That was a breath of fresh air on many levels. Kevin was our server, and was overly honest about a new untested special that we were thinking about trying...we ended up getting cheeseburgers and pork chops, which were cooked as requested, and seasoned perfectly! We really enjoyed every aspect of our dining experience. We live in Moon Valley, so we will not eat there often, but will when the dog runs low on food. Highly recommend giving this place a try. Keep up the great work guys!

The restaurant was not very busy on Father's Day Sunday for dinner, which was surprising. There are lots of TV's for sporting events. The food was only fair. It was ok, but I'm not going to be running back.

Great place to eat. Good choice of food and generous portions. Comfortable surroundings, waitresses are helpful and attentive. Good looking too. TVs are all around the room and outside too.

The perfect neighborhood locals routine spot. More (very good) menu items than you will ever get to eat. Drinks are priced right. Staff is the best. Strip mall parking so you will find a spot although actually find Brisam's the first time might make you make a try or two as it is not in a spot that seems to be right for such a place - but good for us locals it is there! If I have one complaint, and tongue in cheek, it's that the place is so popular it can be a struggle to find a seat at the bar! Off-site I had some conversation with the owner and he certainly seems to have his head in the right place for a good customer experience.

The Cajun shrimp dish is incredible. Southwest salad is also very good. Good pours.

The food was good. Great variety of pizzas, entrees, burgers and sandwiches. Craft beers are also available. Fast service and friendly staff. There is ample good outdoor seating. Great location just off of Lone Mountain road and Cave Creek road.

One of my favorite lunch spots in Cave Creek. Food is good, service is excellent.

I can t remember the name of the waitress there, but I ve never met any waitress who is incredibly nice, remembers you, and is on top of everything making it look like second nature.

We came for the food, and keep coming back because the service and staff is incredible!

A great neighborhood hangout. The food is always good, the prices for food and drink are very fair and the staff is great. My favorites are Tuscan pasta, Philly cheesesteak, Southwest Salad and the onion rings.

Nice neighborhood joint. You could tell the clientele are all regulars. Good service and friendly staff. Food was good, but basic american fare. Good place to just relax and eat, don't expect any Michelin stars. Just good quality food

This place rocks. Service is awesome. Cindy is the best server I have ever met. She not only is friendliest server you will ever met but has a memory like you can't believe.

The food is excellent. We have never had a bad meal here. The menu has a great variety for those times when you have people wanting different cuisines. The killer mac and cheese is to die for. Lol No, pun intended. For those East Coast folks who are craving a good cheese steak sub you should try Brisams. All and all this is a great place for a guaranteed good meal. And a great welcoming atmosphere!!

Absolutely awesome! And I'm not just talking about the food, the staff was so amazing which speakers volumes about the ownership of this awesome local bar and grill. Devin was helpful and very polite and fun to speak with, our server Denay (not sure if the spelling is correct) she was absolutely a joy to speak with and get all the good scoops on food and history of the restaurant,. Such an enjoyable experience, oh yeah, restrooms VERY clean!!

Best family restaurant around....great service and super food and choices! Be sure to try the margarita pizza and the Philly cheesesteak sandwiches...so good!
