I always love the customer service and food at Brisam's!

Do not go there if you want a quiet relaxing dinner. Waitress good but after I yelled to turn the music, which was way to loud she wouldn't look or speak to me again. Only my girlfriend. Food okay but will a long time before I go back.

We re new to the neighborhood and our next door neighbor recommended Brisam s (Thank You, John!) for a dependable bite to eat. Was he ever right!! We ve been back multiple times and feel so fortunate it s close to our home! Oh...and they make a mean Manhattan too!

A good friend suggested Brisam's for lunch following a round of golf this week - great call. It's a comfortable 'local spot' with a loyal customers - great food and comfortable patio. Mahi-mahi tacos were superb, and Philly steak sandwiches were awesome. Cindy provided attentive service and was fun to chat with during the course of our meal.

Sometimes I grab a quick lunch before my nail appointment, or afterwards.

Visited for the first time on 10/03/17. Our server was Cindy and she was very friendly, attentive and helpful explaining the menu to us. We had the fish and chips, chicken philly sandwich and turkey club along with both regular and sweet potato fries. The regular fries were so good there was actually no need to upgrade, which Cindy explained to us in advance, but we tried it anyway and she was right. Everything was great and we definitely plan on returning for more.

Friendly local hangout ... Rare in the north Scottsdale area. Great food and beer.

Doesn't look like much from the outside, but the inside is perfect. Small town bar feel. Cindy was amazing. Felt like family. All other patrons were definently regulars. Had a great vibe. Food amazing. Just had a salad but the portion was big, and they didn't skimp on the goods. We also had the killer Mac and cheese. Perfect. Not a weak pour at all, great margarita, no frills just the good basics. Did I mention Cindy was great. I'm sad I don't live here, I don't have anything like this at home. Almost forgot. That carrot cake. Jesus yes lawrd.

Always a great time here. Great, friendly staff and is my Cheers. Come and enjoy!!

this place is fricken awsome!! The food is five star all the way i had the blackened fish tacos served uniquely with a small bowl of black beans in delicious juice like a soup and white rice with corn,amazing! And the fish tacos were delicious. Quite impressed with this place great service as well!

Went here and ordered takeout lunch for six. The service was fast, even with a pizza included. There were no problems, the staff was very nice, even though it was a busy Saturday. We enjoyed the food, especially liked was the BBQ chicken pizza.

Friendly place with good service and delicious food. I had the fish tacos and they were very good. My friend had Philly cheese steak and raved about it. It's a little hidden away in Cave Creek but worth the effort. Enjoy!

Never had a bad experience here. Not sure what happened with the one bad review but those folk should have asked for the manager. Great neighborhood please, much needed in our neighborhood, hope they do well. Burgers are sooooo good.

Pulled pork sandwich special was delicious. Waitress was very friendly and prompt. Only drawback was the smokers on the patio sitting next to us and the propane tanks which had a no smoking sign near them.

Ignore the bogus reviews. This place is garbage. They served me fries that were so cold they were hard.. Burger was disgustingly over cooked frozen beef patty.. Hard and dry and flavorless. I ordered a whiskey and they brought me a martini glass full of watered down cold whiskey. Bad food.. Bad service.. Bad drinks.. Never returning.

Kevin bartender was very friendly and I like how he addressed customers by name

Great Brisam's burger! Mushrooms-swiss cheese-all the trimmings! Delicious and the fries that came with it were wonderful. Waitress was awesome too!!

Decent service... Better food... Kinda drab interior.... But clean. Fries were freaking perfect! And huge portion! I'll be back for Frys and the really cold draft beer for sure.

Just up the road from here. Googled for nearest restaurant late one night and cant believe how lucky we are to have this place so close. Service was impeccable, salads very fresh and food exactly as expected. The only drawback were the smokers on the patio ( hopefully AZ will catch up with the rest of North America and ban this) Still not enough to keep us away.

Great neighborhood place! Food is consistently good, casual neighborhood feel, and the servers are friendly! Been eating there for years. Varied menu. Tvs to watch sports but unless it's football season it's not a crazy sports bar setting.
Update 1-13-19 Very busy due to playoff game. Only one server for entire restaurant which wasnt ideal. Got there around noon. I ordered one of the specials, barbecue brisket with coleslaw. I've had plenty of brisket in my time so I know what it should taste like. This was very fatty! If our server ever checked back I would've returned it but as I mentioned she was working solo. We had waited at least 20 mins to get order taken.
When she returned after we'd all eaten I told her it was not good. I had pulled most the meat off one half and tried to find little bits of meat without the fat. Basically I made a coleslaw sandwich with the first half and left the rest untouched. She apologized but no compensation was made.
I've eaten here many times, and will return, but I guess every place has its off day.
More staff would've helped.

Enjoyed excellent choice of burger with feta cheese and mushrooms. Kudos to very friendly wait staff. Looking forward to soon being there again to try happy hour menu

I'll begin by saying that I don't usually write poor reviews. We dined at Brisam's last night and brought friends that had not been there before. It was Friday and a full house-good for them for being busy! We had a party of 4 and waited 30+ minutes to be seated. I'm okay with waiting-my concern is that there was a corner booth open the entire time. After about waiting 20 minutes we inquired if we could be seated at the open booth and were advised that is was for parties of 5 or greater. The booth could sit up to 5-6 people comfortably. The opposing corner had the same both with only 4 people seated in it. I pointed that out to the hostess, she advised us that those patrons were friends of the owners, so it was approved by him. That's just a huge turn off- the open table was not reserved-yet we couldn't be seated. Would Brisam's rather seat their customers in a timely manner at a open table and take over a $100 order or have them leave? From my experience and observations, they would rather them leave. I wanted to leave, the others decided we would wait a little longer to see if a table opened up. We finally got seated and enjoyed dinner with friends but this really left an unpleasant taste in my mouth. The food and remainder of our service was good.
***PS- that corner booth sat empty all night! I think a policy change is in order.

Usually have decent bar food here but our last meal was awful . We ordered boneless wings and traditional wings with fries. I specifically said I needed my traditional wings extra well done as I can t stand chewy wings. Well what do you know when I get it home the wings are chewy and definitely not even close to well done. On top of this the fries were already slightly cold, keep in mind we live less than a mile away. Time to find a new spot!

Exceptional food at great prices, friendly staff, and they are even accommodating if you have food allergies! My new favorite place to eat. It is a small restaurant, and feels very family oriented. Absolutley love it!

Fun little bar & grill. Good HH selections along with regular food menu. I had the Meatball sandwich and bone-in wings. Wings where a nice size, not jumbo, and good flavor. Meatball sandwich was full of flavor with crunchy fries. Bartender very friendly to chat with and keeps in touch with everyone at the bar. Could see this as a regular hangout.

Great restaurant with a good atmosphere, excellent service.

Stumbled across this unassuming restaurant one day and could not be more excited that we did. We came here on a weekday and was surprised to see how busy it was, but we were able to get two seats at the bar. Was quickly greeted by the bartender who took our order and a few regulars who we chatted with for the rest of that visit. We had a few cocktails and a couple of burgers and the food was great. We have probably eaten here 5 times now (and a few more take-outs during quarantine) and have enjoyed every meal. Now...I'm not saying this is 5 star dining...but I am saying this is a neighborhood bar and restaurant and the food is much better than most would expect. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and busting their @ss to keep customers drinks and stomachs full. What a gem...part of me doesn't want to write this review so I can keep this a secret.
