Too unprofessional ... they had to repay within 14 days and 30 days have passed .... never again

Warning: criminal association of scammers !!! I ordered a Geox jacket paid 145.00 euros and never arrived. I sent dozens of emails without getting a reply, I contacted the customer service hotline which is inactive. It amazes me that a prestigious brand like GEOX entrusts its online sales to this gang of criminals!

I agree with the other reviews, they are a bunch of clueless! Before buying online, you should make sure that they are not providing customer support. Never again!

Fraud!!!! On December 1, I made an order at their web site and according to their express delivery they had to sent me order till the 8-th of December. But nothing until now. I tried to to call but all the numbers they have on their Geox web site are wrong. I also sent them an email but nobody answered me. They just took my money and didn't send my order. Their activity is illegal. Be careful !!!!
