Food was good but not very hot when it got to our table. Waitress was okay, very nice but not as observant as I thought she should be.

WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE and WONDERFUL STAFF!!! I really really enjoyed it and I will be back again!!!
The lasagna big platter of, in the privacy of our own room accommodated. With books on the Shelf to read
Went there for brunch. Super delicious and great portions.
Food is ok...for the prices I definitely would choose another restaurant.
I love Brio - calorie content is listed on the menu's and the service is always perfect. This is a great casual restaurant for the whole family. The choices are many and you can get a great dinner without breaking the bank!
Wondering food and a great atmosphere. Service was great and i believe it is one of the best restaurants in the mall if you don t want to et dressed up but you want quality food. Service is consistently wonderful!
Service was good. Lighting is poor which I get is setting the mood, but if I did not hold the menu at a perfect angle it was either blocked by my shadow or a glare.
Food was okay, but for the price it is underwhelming.
It's okay. It's a bit over priced for the quality of food you get.
I was expecting it to be a 5-stars but the services was the one holding me back. Don't get me wrong, the services wasn't bad, just so so, mostly lack of interaction with any waiter/waitress, likely due to lack of training (as often a few of them just standing there far from the tables not actively doing anything). Other than that, everything else was very good, including the quality of foods, amazingly priced (i was there at the happy hours). Overall, i sure will come back when i am in the area.
Extremely delicious. Significant other and I went during restaurant week and had an amazing meal for a super discounted price!
My first time here and it was the worst service ever!! It took 45 minutes to get our drinks...
The food was good... when we finally got it!
We planned a fun shopping day and didn't have time to shop because it took soooooo long!!
I've been here well over 10 times and the service and food is always consistent at easton and polaris locations. I only go for happy hour but the food is amazing and we'll priced. Only place around here that has a good lobster bisque for a good price.
I wouldn't call it the best Italian food I had but definitely good for a Midwest food chain. Tasty, better than average without breaking the bank
The atmosphere is really the best thing about this place. The service, food, and price are all subpar.
We have always enjoy the food and services there, but today was a different story. The worst is that we got over charged:-(. Glad the management was able to look into the check and correct it.
Really good food and filling. Waiter was great and extremely patient with my elderly and overbearing parents and in-laws.
In the past my meals have always been great. Went out last night for a special occasion. Not a good experience at all. Service was very slow. Food was not great. My son had to send his salmon back for being under cooked. 2nd one wasnt that great and still undercooked in the middle. Pasta was just ok. Not very flavorful. Had to ask for silverwear, Parmesan cheese and when I asked for a spoon to spin my pasta I was given a teaspoon for tea. The place was packed so maybe that affected the quality and poor service. Very disappointed in my visit.
I ve given Brio a couple chances. When we arrived the host was airing his grievances on the phone (there has got to be a back room for that) and as we were seated, it just seemed like the hosts were upset and angry. Upon seating, it took a good 5 minutes (conservatively) to have a server come over and say hello. And to top it all off, while it was good, the lasagna resembled more of a soup, than s pasta dish.
AMAZING FOOD! The GF pasta is really good, I can barely tell the difference from the regular pasta I've had there before. Really nice patio seating with equally nice waiters and waitresses.
Excellent menu, great preparation, friendly and capable waitstaff. All the ingredients for a very satisfying visit!
Went to Polaris location....food was amazing, so was service.
Always enjoy having lunch here. Food is always delicious, also serve al fresco.
Appetizers we're good flat bread and ravioli, scallop main dish was also very good, now onto what was not good , it was our first time visiting this restaurant and informed the waiter as such, water was brought to our table withe black floaties in one of the glasses we ordered appetizers and no plates were brought out to eat from also got silverware with caked greasy food on them straight from the rolled up napkin. Had to ask for the complimentry bread that all the other tables received. My wife ordered a Mediterranean salad with shrimp, the shrimp was cold and overcooked like it had been cooked yesterday. Poor service poor food quality for the prices paid . Would have given less stars if it had not been for the appetizers kept hoping it would get better except for one entree. Could not recommend this place to anyone. Very very disappointed
Reccomend the eggplant and shrimp in pepper sauce. Or frankly, anything with the delicious pepper sauce.
3 of us had some kind of shrimp dish, and they all lacked flavor.
Good food and good service but had to park a mile away.
This was not a good visit. We did not have an attentive waiter. We had to ask another for bread and then stop him as he walking by us for refills. The food overall was decent, I will stick to the Easton Location. We left something in the restaurant and when we called nobody wanted to take the time to go look for the item. We had to keep calling back for them to even pretend to go look. So we never recover our item.
Food was ok but wasn t dressed well and got minimally appreciated service
Stopped in for early weekday lunch.
Hostess very friendly, nicely dressed and professional.
Seating was fast.
Very tasteful decor atmosphere.
Lighting inside is very dim.(more for romantic dinner nights. Lol)
Patio is very nice! (but was too humid, to sit outside.)
Food was EXCELLENT with reasonable prices.
We had lobster bisque, wedge salad, amazing calamari and a delicious seafood ravioli
Server lost 1 point because despite giving us undisturbed chatting time, she showed up with a plate of dirty dishes rested on the ledge next to our table to take our order.
Food came out too long in between courses. And we didn't receive table bread until appetizer came out.
BUT, i will definitely visit again. Maybe for dinner.
Thank you Brio
Was so sad when Bravo closed. Love Brio- many fun occasions here.
I'll take Olive Garden over this place any time. OG has better food and prices. Waitress was right on the ball though!
Kevin was a excellent professional server and the food was magnificent.
Love the atmosphere. Great place for work or family gatherings . Food is phenomenal!
One of the best sauces I have had. Pasta Brio with the Roasted Red Pepper sauce was exquisite.
Salmon salad was good.. Dessert..cheese cake..not so much. Ho hum.. Could have been much better tasting food.
Food and staff are amazing! Always have great experiences here!
The lasagne is so totally worth it. Best I have ever had
We usually visit the Brio located at Easton Town Center but we were close by and meeting our daughter for dinner. As most of you know I am a carnivore. I ordered the strip steak and it was perfectly done with regards to temperature and the steak looked appetizing serve with mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables. I have no bad things to say... I would have liked my steak to have been a little more juicy but it was still a good steak. Our other guests ordered chicken marsala and a pasta dish and there were no complaints.
They have the best selection of wines. Entree salad is awesome!
Had our daughter's 1st birthday and her Christening. Great food great service. Excellent place to host a party.
I was trying to get a kale salad didn't know that your restaurant didn't carry it anymore so the one that I had was not that good
First time here & LOVED it. I will definitely be back!
I used to work here, and STILL love the bistecca insalata (wedge salad). The creamy parm dressing is amazing!
In a restaurant that was mostly empty, I sat for 10 minutes on the patio without anyone checking on me. The waiter and waitress working the area did check on other people. I finally left. It's a chain and not worth the wait.
The service is very good. The waiters are helpful and bring out the courses accordingly. The bruschetta is great and the desserts are impeccable. The location also allows for many different seating options. You can sit in a large booth or by the inside of the mall. The interior is very decorated and beautiful.
Had a small group of 8 to celebrate a very special occasion. Made an OpenTable reservation the week before and indicated this in the comments. I was going to call later in the week to confirm my requests, but they called me first. Chef had a special Tiramisu birthday cake made for us. We had a private room upstairs and the food was fantastic. Our server, Joy, was wonderful. Everything was just perfect. I can't thank Brio enough!!
Three of us for dinner. Seated immediately, as we were willing to sit at a high top at the bar. Food was great...chopped salad, pan seared chicken, chicken melenese, chocolate lava cake, creme brule. Server was awesome. I believe her More
Definitely wasn't Olive Garden. Had a nice feel to it kind of upper-class feel but over priced for what u actually get... They charge extra for everything. Location is the best part of this place
Consistently good food and very good service. Our servers are prompt and always check back after the meal is served. This is our go-to restaurant whenever we are at Polaris. The atmosphere is also very relaxing. Never had a bad meal here.
The hostess at Brio they were fabulous had a great time will recommend it to friends and family
Sadly, the pizza oven was down (on Father's Day!) Ordered the ceasars salad with chicken added which cost $14. Felt like lettuce quantity was ridiculously low for cost. Service was excellent though. Glad she gave my dad and I space to talk. Overall disappointed though.
Truly enjoyed lunch here with 30 members of our church. The food was amazing and service and staff was absolutely wonderful! Love this place!
Great patio and food. Their homemade sourdough is the best! I got a side salad with salmon. Very good. Our server was not the friendliest but usually we have great service.
Disappointed the wedge salad has been removed from the menu. The salad I had reminded me of shredded ice burg lettuce in a bag from Kroger or any other grocery store. Will not order a salad at Brio..
So we are visiting Columbus from Michigan, where the nearest Brio is about forty miles from our home. As luck would have it, we spied the restaurant from our hotel. We ate at Mitchell's steakhouse last night and we do like to dine. We arrived at six thirty, kind of casually dressed so we took a seat at bar. The bartender was slammed, our appetizer order I think never got put in , 45 min with one round of drinks and bread - no one has taken our dinner order. I tell manager at end of bar. 20 min later I leave 15 bucks on the table and we go to leave. Not wanting to look like we are walking out on our bill and waste food we ask to speak to the person in charge. Dave Sharpe to the rescue. They were slammed, and when he came up from the kitchen, you could see he was working back there-. Things happen, we were disappointed our first attempt to get fed failed. .we really wanted to just leave quietly, but Dave overwhelmed us in his effort and genuine concern that we have a "wonderful" evening. Even when he knew, especially when he knew it was not likely we would be back soon. Lucky company...great manager. There are about ten other quality restaurants in that Polaris are, managers like Dave will make or break a restaurant in that market.
Long wait but it was a Saturday. Pasta Brio is my go to dish. It was good. Everyone I was with liked their dish.
Yummy Cocktails , food on point. Nice patio. Deff be back
This place used to be good. The food quality has gone down tremendously. Not worth the price. Wait staff is friendly but not hustling to get your order correct. Perhaps large groups of 6 is overwhelmingly. Step it up or this place is going to shut down for good.
Wonderful service and food. Definitely recommend the chocolate cake!
Server was overwhelmed. It made for a lesser experience.
I came to this place for a wedding venue oh, the lady who I came to see you wasn't there yet but her assistant was very helpful answer as many questions as he could possibly answer. Even though I didn't end up going with this place I would have still recommended.
An upscale family restaurant featuring Italian cuisine. Has a full bar and nice wine selection.
