This would be zero stars if not for the awesome and friendly people there including the guard. Normally I don't understand a lot of negative reviews but this place deserves them. Arrived at 1330 for a 1400 appt. Got a door at 1415...and sat... And sat.... 1600 got loaded.... Sat... Starting to see the trend? I got my bills at 0230. 13 hours most in the dock. I asked at 1800 if they forgot me and was told they needed someone to authorize the release of the product. Apparently that person only works after midnight? Now don't get me wrong, I saw plenty of other trucks come and go so I'm guessing it's just the trucker gods that determines the time. Lol oh yeah, it's mostly a blind side place but with some luck you can back in normal. May the odds ever be in your favor.

I've been coming here on and off for a while now but LORD HAM MERCY the only complaint I have is the parking. If there are alot of other drivers here be ready to tear something up. You can get in the spot but you're going to dig into their lot trying to do so....I wish they'd spread it out further

Another hole in the wall - Zero help I do not recommend picking up from this place or delivering into unless you like waiting 10 hours thats on you. Last time i'm ever taking a load into or from this hole in the wall.

10/2/2021...... Arrived at midnight for delivery, young man that was security guard was very helpful, he called the receiving office for me and direct me where I needed to go..... once I got to receiving I was told there was no one here to unload me and that I had to wait until my appointment time which was between 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m....... I checked back in at 6:30am at the shipping office and the individual there was also friendly, he was the one that unloaded me very nice people very good experience..... And I was able to park on property to wait for my appointment time.... DB

Fast loading, a little tight. Front guard kind of a crab, but all other employees I encountered were very kind. No on site parking, small staging area.

4 stars for no because if you are picking up a load they allow you to park in a crowded area of Georgia be warned that this place does get tight real quick if you are coming here for pickup just pull in and make that left to park then check in and know that so call security gurd does not check you in walking to the building also from spot 13 to 19 do not park there trust Me.

easy to park, the treatment of the office lady is terrible ... standard place, do not follow the Garmin GPS

Avoid at all cost.. trust me... slow loading. Tight yard.. got here a 1500 for 1600 appt.. currently 1 am and still haven't started on me.

Whats the point in having a company phone number but ever option goes to voicemail. There is no way to get anyone on the phone in the shipping or receiving department. I've called 20x this morning and still have not talked to anyone. Please do better with this so we can continue to help you serve your customers!

My appointment was at 10am. I got there 20minutes late. I checked in with very nice lady Grace. She got me in and out with my delivery in no time, am talking about 15 minutes she have my paperwork signed and my trailer empty. Thank you Grace....
