They have the capability to make good quality products. But delivery timelines are extremely unreliable. Never received any order as per promised date and even had to go to their factory in Rai twice to pick up products due to further commitments. And when they are not able to meet their commitments, they even stop taking your phone calls. Must have seen better days but Mr Apoorv Tayal is surely very unprofessional!
