A very nice place. The toilets are cool enough, though it was winter

Unfortunately not a good experience. Tuesday evening a lovely table in front of the window. It was reserved. However, nobody saw anyone there all evening. Stayed and crowd pleaser. Small table on the side window. Case looks nice. We order bread with spreads. And wait for the main course. What does not come. Signal given. After 15 minutes nothing. We've been waiting for our food for an hour. Service indicates that they had only passed the signal 15 minutes ago because there is still bread on it. table. We were apologized. And finally our food. The spare ribs were burnt.
No sign for the bones. No space to eat your lettuce. Sole were tasty. We did not order the free drinks offered. Had work in this tent after 2 hours. Not recommended.

Good and affordable food in the most attractive place in Volendam. Recently renovated with a fresh look and many references to the fishing village past of Volendam

Nice eatery. Stay from noon to the evening. Dining tables change from low in the afternoon to high tables in the evening. Friendly staff and good food (especially the snert (not really cheap) and the pasta are excellent!)

After 45 minutes of waiting, we were told that the dish was sold out.
I then ordered the bill and wanted to pay for the drinks and leave.
Unfortunately, the bill didn't come after a long wait and I personally had to go to the checkout again and pay.
The restaurant wasn't even 1/4 full.
Just wasted time.

The food was fine, the food was not distributed according to the Covid regulations and it was very stuffy. Was happy to be outside again.

Top service and service. For us, Volendam is a terrace at Havenzicht on De Dijk. Return at least once a year.

The staff did very difficult about the tables because we were 12 people. Afterwards unfortunately eaten at the bar because the tables were suddenly all reserved. Food was good. But the evening staff also drank alcohol and shots. Did not find this totally okay. Do not come back here ...

The espresso: The espresso comes in the well-known white porcelain with a bag of sugar, a spoon and a shortbread which is appropriate for the water. The beans come from Illy, which creates a typical espresso arabica taste. No further details. 3 stars for the coffee.

The atmosphere: With a view over the Markermeer, the harbor and 3 Vespas you get the idea that you are on a tourist attraction and that is correct. Just a good cafe what you can expect in such a prime location.

The customer-friendliness: I wanted to buy a marker at the Bruna, but they had run out, they had no marker lake. Despite this sad fact, I was still very friendly. The Barista was nice and fast.

The dinner was really great! The personnel was very friendly and we had a great view of the harbor because we sat on the first floor next to the window.

Can really recommend the fish as main and the cheesecake as dessert

Really a bistro for tourists! They only eat once there, you do not really have to try your best. And that's how it tastes.

Great place, excellent food and beer, lovely atmosphere.

The service was good and the food was good. Advise to order their shrimp croquettes. The soup was good too, but a little salty. The fried fish was okay. The bread was fresh. The atmosphere was great.

Nice brown pub, we were there for lunch. The tip is the ciabatta IJsselmeer eel. What was that nice say!

Nice location, outside you have a 360 degree view over the whole harbor, a wide choice of beers, good food but nothing exceptional, service a little slow. for a stop to drink I recommend it.

It is a cozy cozy place on the harbor, staff are friendly and fast. We had not reserved but there was still a place. Only next time no more slip tongue for us. The soup was delicious and the fish palette and the menu has plenty of choice.
