Have used Brightgreen lights throughout my new build and used their in-house lighting architects to refine the lighting plan. We have been using Brightgreen as our go to LED downlights for several years now. We choose them, particularly the D700 + for their quality and light display. Being able to offer our customers such a reliable good quality light with a 7 year warranty is a real winner for us. We have spent alot of time researching the market and the D700 + comes out on top!

I recently (Mar 2019) purchased 6 lights from Brightgreen s online clearance sale. My lights were listed and invoiced for a mix of Loomi 12c (v1.8/v1.7) and D700+ Curve (v1.6) respectively. On arrival I confirmed with Brightgreen s support team that the lights mailed to me were older v1 s models. I queried this with the sales team, who promptly did not respond to my email. After a week I made several phone calls, only to be told that I had to return the stock for a refund to be processed. There was no acknowledgement of fault or offer to send the correct product. In short be careful when buying direct from Brightgreen. One light can be a mistake, but six??? Just check the product advertised is the correct one.

Ordered some lights with a 6 weeks lead time. We re now into the 12th week with no lights in sight. Have to constantly chase for an update and it s been a nightmare. Staff clueless to what is going on.

We fitted out our new house with ~50 x Brightgreen LED lights (combination of D700+, D550+ and Loomi 12C). The lights themselves are amazing quality and you can really see the difference in colour when you compare it to LED lights of competitors. The customer service was amazing and they offered free design service which we were very happy with the design. They guided me through the whole design experience and even recommended cheaper solutions to fit our budget even though it meant a smaller sale for them. Overall, very happy and do recommend the lights and the company to everyone.
Purchased D900 classics for my entire house during renovation 6 years ago as we wanted a well lit home. Have not been disappointed. Recently a few units developed issues but Maria sorted out replacements with no hassle. A company that delivers and stands by their quality products!

Excellent customer service and great products at a reasonable price. I purchased some G125 E27 base Loomi LED globes (very large size) that are $39 at other places, but they had it for $9 each!! The globes might have some minor scratches but I couldn't fault them. Thanks guys for the exceptional price and service!
Amazing lighting products with great design, advance technology, great build quality having bright light. These are the Eco-friendly products and not rise up our room temperature. Its based on energy effecency and consume less electricticty than others.

Purchased D700's for our house and about 80% of them have died or lost lost illumination in less than 1 year. Called their office and the rep over the phone was so arrogant and would not listen to my issues. Just kept on saying how great their product was blah blah. Stay away, over priced and poor customer service.
