I am looking for health insurance, so I contacted Frank by Facebook late on May 28th. The following day (May 29th) by 11.00 am I still had not got an answer and wrote again, this time I got an answer.
Since the information in the website is minimal, I asked to get the T&C's to read the small print and know what to expect, and the staff member said "I will coordinate with staff" to send me the PDF. After a few hours I contacted again, and I got the same info "I have coordinated with the staff again". Still waiting, I guess attaching a PDF is a big task.
I wonder if this is the way they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how it will be if I need to make a claim. Not recommended.
