Overall, Brickhost has the be one of, if not the best IT firm in town. They're super easy to work with, and even if you don't quite know how to describe what you want, they'll still have you covered. Andrew and his staff are great to deal with and will always be ready to assist at any time when support is needed.

I have a dead 2007 MacBook that I desperately needed documents off of, very quickly. Less than 24 hours later, I had all my documents on an external hard drive. Dina and Andrew are professional, kind and quick! Andrew even walked me through what else to click on if I didn't immediately find the document (I would have never thought to click on the User folder... I'm not very computer literate). All in all, easily the best experience I've had with technology issues with my computers. Would recommend their services to everyone!
