OMG ... this is my favorite restaurant. It's a must if you want to take someone to a great restaurant. The beers are in house brewed and fabulous. The staff is amazing and know the menu .... so if you don't know what to try just ask.

Unfortunately, none of the beers that Microbrewery has to offer convinced us. But that is known to be a matter of taste. The atmosphere was relaxed and there seem to be frequent live bands. Since we haven't eaten anything, we can't rate it. The decor is quaint.

I've had great food on previous visits, but not my most recent time there. I had the Ribs that were listed on the "Specials" board. They were overcooked and tough, which made me think they had been cooked much earlier and had been sitting a long while. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with my dinner along with what I had to pay for a half-eaten dinner. It'll be a long time until I return to Brewbakers to eat.

Brewbakers is one of the best places in Visalia for good food, good beer, and good atmosphere. Whenever we have family or friends in town it's our go to for lunch or dinner. Some of our favorite dishes are the Dirty Hippy sandwich, the battered and deep fried avocado app, the lemon cream cake dessert, the portabella mushroom burger and of course their amazing garlic fries.

The beer. The food. The environment. It's absolutely exceptional. I had the pasta of the day: pesto pasta with tri-tip that I subbed for chicken; it was easily the best pasta of my entire life. The beer paired perfectly. I am definitely coming back, if not soon then some day.

Excellent beer samples. Excellent starters. And great selection of main food choices. The setting in the old town brick building only adds to the ambience while dining. Wait staff, although busy, handled everything wonderfully.

Brewbaker's, as far as I know, is Visalia's original microbrewery! They make their own beer right there under the same roof, and have been doing so long before Sequoia or Barrellhouse were around. They have several selections from light to dark and always have seasonals! I HIGHLY recommend dinner and a microbrew here, their food is EXCELLENT! Their menu ranges from large salads to burgers, chicken and sandwiches. For a slightly better dinner experience, ask for a table on the 2nd floor. There is also a patio on the 2nd floor for those perfect central California days!

For a traveler, Brewbakers made me feel at home. Great environment, friendly staff, delicious beer. The owners even walk around to greet and mingle with the customers. Overall, if your looking for a good beer and welcoming staff, Brewbakers is the place to be.

The service is okay, besides the fact that they spilled soup on me. I ordered the Pesto Linguini, it didn't have much flavor and it was pretty bland. The atmosphere is really great, and it's a good place to sit down and go out to have dinner with friends. I wouldn't recommend the pasta though. Service: 3.5/5 - Food: 1.5/5 - Atmosphere: 4/5

Forgot to take a photo silly me! I had the small fish & chips with malt vinegar. Small reminder of Scotland. Quite yummy! Very crispy batter, chips/fries were great as well. The small serving was actually bigger than I expected! I could not finish it all.

This is the second time we have been here. This time we came on Valentine's Day and we had a 10-minute wait and no reservation at 6:30 pm so that was nice. I was able to drink a beer from the bar while I waited with my wife and daughter near the door. Once we were seated our server greated us politely and was very nice. They were fairly busy so I had to wait about another 10 minutes for a beer. There is a wonderful cozy feeling about this place, it's just kind of cozy. I didn't feel rushed to order or to leave so that was nice. The beer was great but they were out of the porter that I really wanted so I had the Red Ale from Sequoia brewing company instead which was good. Overall the food was pretty amazing, my wife's blue cheese burger was really good, my chicken and twice baked potato was a huge serving and was very tasty.

Atmosphere, beer, service and hamburgers are awesome and on point! I wouldn't go for the rest of the food. Lacks flavor and is pricey. I usually never mind paying a pretty penny for great tasting food but this one didn't do it for me .

There are several breweries and brew pubs on main Street in Visalia, this is my favorite. The food was nice, I had fish and chips, which was done just right. Not too doughy. Local inspired beer was good, I had a nice Jalepeno lager. I will definitely be back soon.

Amazing food! Wonderful variety of brews. But our server..... Taylor, was the icing on the cake. Very pleasant, attentive and we'll versed on the many available brews. Very eager to expand our personal brew experience. She is a great ambassador of your establishment. Many Codos to Taylor.

The ultimate burger wasn't anything special and the garlic fries were super oily but the California pizza was incredible. Awesome live music and great in house sodas. Wish there were more waiters or waitresses but with the live music the wait wasn't too bad.

What an awful experience. Waited an hour for food to show up, then it showed up cold. They seem super unorganized, I think they need to re-design the place. Never got to see how the food was, we finally just left the restaurant because they were unresponsive to our plight.

Waitress was very hospitable and kind however she was the only one bussing the packed outdoor tables. We had to wait quite a while for drinks etc. Was very let down at the food: ordered the fish n chips and blu burger both were so-so and very bland. The garlic fries (people said we HAD to try) were very disappointing, they were soggy and barley cooked. Not to mention the hefty bill. Would not recommend.

I feel like I must of come on an off night, the brew pub only had a few beers on tap for their flight. I didn't particularly like any of them, the one beer I thought was great, actually ended up being a guest tap from Barrelhouse Brewing Company. If I was ever in Vislia again I would stop by and give it another try.

Great people great food . Our server allowed me to share the parable Luke 16:19-31 and how some get our rewards now while others in heaven but if we learn to bless people less fortunate with what God has given us now we can both celebrate now and forever. God is Great . ALL THE TIME .
