Excellent service from the team at one world especially Vasile who went beyond what you would expect. Cant thank you guys enough. For all my international parcels i will be using one world from now on.
This company is used by Orange Connex China. It took only 7 days to reach UK but it took One World Express to re-address the parcel as RM 24 and hand back to Royal Mail 8 days. Then Royal Mail delivered in one day (RM24) . A parcel which arrived in UK and was received by Royal Mail at exactly the same time but sent to a different UK forwarding agent took 3 days total including delivery by RM24. So two items ordered same day from different Chinese companies both sent via Orange Connex (SpeedPac) arrived same day, received by Royal Mail same day and time but forwarded to different UK handlers took 3 days for one UK Handler and 9 days for One World "Express". One World need to drop the "Express" from their name.
I suspect they stole an item from my parcel! Ordered an item from china, but when received it I could see that it has been opened (inner package) and the most important part from the package was missing. Contacted the Chinese seller, they replied really promptly and double checked they're end saying that it wasn't them. I believe them, because they record the weight of the package. Contacted One World Express giving all the info and haven't received a response so far. Wasn't very expensive item. And I can't 100% say that it was one world express who is responsible for the theft, but that's what it looks like. The lack of communication also doesn't help.

I can't say enough good things about One World Express. After some issues with delivery, Poppy kept in contact with me for several weeks as we worked to finalise delivery! She was so wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to help me.
I was wating for a parcel delivery from Yodel which failed to turn up. Contacted Vasile at One World Express, the shipping company that shipped the package, and his help in gettting hold of the right people at the top Management end of Yodel was invaluable. Sorted !
i ordered a shipment from china that was meant to be delivered to my home address in west London, this parcel ended up arriving in Essex to a property with the same house name and street, this was a mistake made by the shipper, one world managed to retrieve this parcel back and redirect it to my address with in the same day, their customer service was very quick to assist me on this matter and updated me constantly via email and phone calls, thank you One World for the efforts that you dedicated to my shipments

Sender from china had not wrote my address down correctly and royal mail tried to send it back to the seller. luckily i managed to get hold of Vasile from one world. he managed to find the parcel in the warehouse and have it shipped back to me with a courier service. very good customer service polite and friendly. Thanks guys
Rubbish...three attempts to deliver and all failed because "incorrect or insufficient address details" which frankly is total anglo saxon small balls as I've even seen a scan of the postal address sent by my brother...now they seem unwilling to return calls....v v v vpoor
I had a problem with an external Amazon Marketplace provider and they had to resend the package. They did it for One World Express. One World solved my doubts quickly and the package was delivered successfully the day they indicated me. Very good experience.
Im gutted I called about my small parcel it took 3day from china to one world sorting office & 9days later its still in sorting office&Iim stil waiting for a call back.they called back to say "we think it maybe lost"NOT HAPPY. WONT USE AGAIN:-(

I think this company has ceased trading as none of my parcels have been delivered in over a month. No one replies to emails or answers the phone. Avoid at all costs.
I ordered a product from China which was imported into Europe by One World Express. Unfortunately, the package arrived empty at its destination for reasons that have remained unknown to me. To try to clarify this problem, I contacted customer service, receiving very quick, precise and professional answers from Mr. Aziz Ali. As unfortunate as this expedition was, his support service for resolving the dispute was extremely helpful.
Had one slight hiccup with the delivery and confusion over the address, contacted the very helpful Carrigan through the customer support email. Had the first reply within minutes and then bizarrely the package was delivered while we were emailing. First class customer service.
I purchased a product in China and this was sent to me via OWE. I received it after about twenty days. I point out the excellent care of Mr. Vasile. Very good service!
Fantastic customer service. After an absolute nightmare with a courier, we finally got through to Yasmin at One World Express who managed to track and find my very important parcel. Within 24 hours it was on its way to me!! Very happy and thankful. Top class service!!
Cheep, shoddy, rubbish. Bought via Wowcha. The instructions were in Chinese or Tiwanees, the VR Glasses were a cheep copy. Arrived broken, and with bits missing. Would never by from this company again.
I had problems with the non-delivery of a parcel and thanks to built-in support of their operator, Vasile Mazarache, I managed to solve and ricervere the package returned to you quickly.
One world were excellent in helping me recover my parcel. I'd entered the wrong postcode when ordering from the US. Poppy M came to the rescue and sorted it out. Even keeping an eye on the progress of the new delivery and letting me know what time it would arrive. You don't get that level of service these days. Thanks Poppy.
I am very pleased with the company's customer service! Yasmin was the kind girl who took care of me and she did a great job at it! Swift, efficient and available. (which you can't say about everyone doing the very same job.)

REALLY slow delivery. Both parcels have taken at least 1 MONTH to get to their destination country (China and USA) . Now they're in the receiving country, neither has been delivered. I hope they are delivered soon but I don't have much faith... Will not be using their services again.
I would give them 6 Stars because Yasmin who helped me after an initial issue is wonderful. If everyone is like Yasmin there be issues but she is a great people person. If I had to send something by courier I would ask Yasmin to provide the solution. She is nothing short of brilliant. Thank you Yasmin.
I would have left zero stars if I could. DO NOT use this company for international shipments. The packages are sent to their address in Hayes and then seem to disappear. Tracking on their site for 2 weeks is 'in transit' and the delivery is stated as 3-5 days. Yes it is cheap - but I guess you get what you pay for. Go with Royal Mail or another reputable shipper instead ... Lesson learnt!
I made an error on my delivery address at time of purchase and I received great help from Poppy who works in the customer service department. She was able to help and replace the parcel with the correct address and I managed to get it in time just before travelling. Excellent service!
Received a small bottle of what I can only assume is black ink, I didn't order it and not sure why I received it as I haven't ordered anything from them, tried to link it to any previous purchase I have made but I'm still in the dark.....I'm worried that my details have been taken without my consent.
I had a problem with my parcel that Yodel misplaced and I contacted Yasmin from customer service at One World who handled the shipment from china, she was very prompt to help me locate where it is and liaise with Yodel who are very difficult and allusive when it comes to customer service.

Recived a parcel yesterday when it arrived the packaged had been slashed open with a blade of some sort and contents removed. No contact number who to complain to no reference to where the item came from no notes inside the packaging
My delivery is already 4 days late, still in the UK. No response from support. They just dont care. The company where i bought it also tries to contact them, no response either.
Andy Chen in the customer services helpline was great, helped me get a parcel just before christmas after my delivery was totally screwed up. Cant thank him and his hard work enough.
There was many problem during the shipment of my parcel from HK to ITALY but thanks to the help of customer services (thanks again to Mr. Mazarache and the other guys at cs) i menaged to receive the parcel in time overcoming all the bureaucracy. I look forward to use again OWE for my shipment.
When my parcel was delivered to another house by Yodel, Yasmin was quickly on the case to help me complain about the service and fight for a refund. Her customer service is excellent and I m really grateful for her help. Yodel could learn a thing or two from the team at one world express and especially Yasmin because they have absolutely no customer service skills. Many thanks again Yasmin! All the best.

No idea what this is but I just got an ink bottle sent over. This is scary...I have ordered some stuff from China recently but common..even if you are a logistic company how hard can it be to provide information regarding the seller. I have no idea whom to contact. Now I have to just wait. In the times of covid and dangerous stuff sent via letters this is not nice. Also, what should I do with it now? Send it over?
I bought an item from a Chinese seller that ships with One World Express but my seller has put a bad label on the package.
I contacted One World Express' customer service and got in contact with a Customer Service Advisor called Aziz. He gave me excellent service with fast replies in helping to solve this problem! Words cannot explain how grateful I am for what he did. I have never seen such a fantastic customer service like this.
J C Crew, UPS and Oneworld all failed to reply to my emails. If tracking data is right my parcel is at Heathrow Airport having cleared customs on the 14th December 2019. So no update for 9 days, no response to emails and no Christmas present for my son. Not Good.
Yasmin was EXTREMELY helpful, and went over and above what I could have expected, liaising with the (frankly useless) local courier firm to make sure they understood the clear instructions she passed to them on my behalf, and making sure I was informaed every step of the way - even out of hours! The one major point which I couldn't possibly mark One World down for - because it wasn't their fault - they need to STOP USING YODEL! But back to the main point - Yasmin has been truly exceptional in how she handled the issue :-)
Very slow (package running for more than a week from UK to ROI now) and no answer to messages on their website contact form so far (will update the review if anything changes). Until then my only advise is: If you can choose how your order is shipped then avoid them at all costs (GearBest ships with them for example).

I wanted an update with my shipment from China and Carrigan in Customer Services was very helpful and was able to locate my parcel quickly and arrange for onward delivery.
It is unhelpful that the label that we print out does not indicate in any way the address that the parcel is going to. However, I have to say that, if you ring up, Vasile is extremely helpful. It is a pity the system is not changed to make tracking easier for the sender.
I posted a parcel with Hermes for it be delivered for dispatch by One World. It was lost with Hermes for 3 weeks and with care and consideration, customer service agent Yasmin Performed her job with perfection leaving me feeling very satisfied and my parcel up graded for delivery the next day. A good job !!!

What can I say, just not a fast corier company. I placed a order on 17-02-2016 in England. The retailer shipped it out on 18-02-2016 to Belgium, then on 22-02-2016 it arrived at OneWorldExpress in London. After that no movement of the package any more, no answer from them after a few mails to them with the question where my package is. They only send the info to DPD that DPD can expect a package and there it stops. Update, Now on 02-03-2016 the package is suddenly at Hayes Sorting Centre. Still I hope I get it undamaged. It's strange that it needs 2 weeks for getting it at their Sorting Centre for further shipping, while every other couriers only need 2 to 4 days to get a package from the UK to my home in Belgium.
The costumer service was very efficient and kind. I wrote for news of a parcel and I talked with Vasile, really good and professional. problem solved immediately, and parcel delivered the next day. thanks for the professionalism shown.

I had a problem with a package that I had been waiting for more than a month and had to be delivered by an Italian courier, after going through OWE. The very kind Mr. Mazarache of customer service put me in touch with the various couriers who had had the package, and a couple of days later it was delivered to me. 5-star customer service.
To me it has been a very good service since 2016 till now, my parcels has been shipped on time, though this time one item got delivered at YPS on time but the seller didn't include YPS number on the parcel, it was difficult for the YPS team to identify the item, but because Yasmin cares a lot about her customers she took all the efforts to make search and it was found and shipped to me, i am now waiting to receive it!
