Purchased a Pryme Blu bluetooth adapter for a Kenwood handheld radio I have and on top of the great pricing, a sales rep called me shortly after placing my online order just to make sure my radio was compatible. He even let me know what programming had to be done to ensure it worked properly with my setup. Very happy with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Scam artists!!!! We returned a $400 phone and they refused to refund us because they claim there are "oil stains" on the cardboard box it was sent in!!!! Avoid at all costs!

Just wanted to add to this since the owner of the company decided to respond two years later. We had to open a case with Amazon in order to get a refund, TWAcomm did not VOLUNTARILY refund anything. Believe me, we understand the need to charge a restocking fee, but refusing to refund a penny of a $400 purchase because of "oil stains" on a box 100% fits the definition of "unmoral," as you put it (the word you meant to use is "immoral"). In spite of all the trouble your company put us through, we did not get a full refund, as you claim. We were assessed a restocking fee, which we did not contest as we thought it was a fair arrangement. However, and I can't stress this enough, this was done by Amazon, not by your company.

I'd also like to point out that the owner came to us about a year ago (over a year after the incident) with a story that the original owner of the business, his father, was actually to blame for the situation and that he had since passed away. The owner asked us if we'd consider revising our negative review basically because he was asking nicely. There was no admission of guilt, no offer of compensation, and NO APOLOGY. After reading the response to this review, we maintain our original position: DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DISHONEST COMPANY.

Recently started to by my networking from TWAcomm. So far everything has been great. Great customer support and product knowledge. I buy all my Ubiquiti products here as pricing is Amazing!

TWAcomm helped us move over our phone system to VoIP. We ended up getting the Grandstream GXP2160 phones, which are great. Process was smooth, quick and highly beneficial as far as cost. Very happy with the service and quality!

I was in a pinch this week and needed some replacement parts for a project I was working on. They seemed like they should have been run of the mill parts, but I couldn't find them on Amazon, Google, or even the manufacturers website. Eventually I found TWAcomm.com and decided to email their generic sales email address and see if I could get any help. Less than 1 business day later, they had emailed the manufacturer, gotten a response, and sent me info to complete the purchase. All this for a part that's less than $100. That's great service! Thanks Dusty in sales for getting me out of a jam!

During my tenure at Ayres Hotel, we contracted with TWAcomm for ordering all of the phones for our hotels. They offer competitive pricing and are great to work with.
Although I know we were not their only clients, they have a way of always making you feel like their most important client. They are super easy to work with, I would definitely recommend them and use them again. There are not a lot of great companies like this anymore.
