Horrible post purchase experience from such a big company. Will never buy from Breville again
I bought the Oracle Touch Black coffee machine and absolutely love it. In fact, we prefer this coffee over most barista-made coffees. On top of this, our experience with Breville has been outstanding. The White Glove representative who came to our home noticed we were given the grey knock box (which comes standard) but felt that a black one would have better suited our kitchen decor so she mentioned it to Harvey Norman and the next minute, I received a call directly from Breville offering to send a black knock box at no charge. I just received it today and it looks great in my kitchen. Thank you Breville and we ll done
I would never buy another Breville product again, service terrible this is a poorly managed outfit from my experience. They just don't care!
We purchased a pressure cooker, that unfortunately was produced with a common fault. when contacting customer service, they were extremely rude and offered a discount on a new machine. Despite the fact that the cooker had not worked from day one, and you can view a long list of complaints online. I was shocked at how the customer service officer Andrea spoke to me and as a result I will never purchase a Breville product again. I have taken detailed notes and referred to the ACCC and Consumer Affairs for assistance.
wish i could put 0 stars on this. Lady at reception? LINDA! was very rude to me over the phone. She didnt even say bye, she just hung up on me when i asked her questions. So rude!!
Great coffee machines. Creates a perfect cup every time!
