Hi - we are a small NGO from Denmark working in South Africa. We have been so excited about your Kio kits and the idea that they could help to educate our children. We finally saved the money. We have attempted contacting brck on all platforms for over a month with no response. Finally after several phone calls. I have received a quote that the fee has almost doubled including a service fee of 1000 dollars which is high by any standard. There must be some mistake I hope. We are truly disappointed with the service and with the price. The product is advertised for 5000 dollars and we have received a quote for over 9000 dollars???
