This place has potential to be good. They ride the wrong people like Evelyn who has the most critical area and does a pretty good job. Others who won't even walk to check in their own area get praised. They need new leaders and more policies should be practiced. It's a lack of communication or barrier with job expectations and popularity contests. Tim seems to be the root of the issues
I wouldn't want anyone I love to work there. Be prepared to be treated like a low class citizen
My first day the hr person gave me a look of disgust. The negative comments on here pretty much are accurate. It is very high school clique like. Training is a joke then asking for help is impossible. My finger almost got chopped off. Just find another place to work. Compass is not worth it!
I quit my first week! The job itself was scattered no good trainees an low morale the people who are supposed to be professional are very childlike and gossip.
Human Resource person is extremely unprofessional. The team leaders are all lazy. The job itself is confusing, nobody shows you how to do anything and supervisors aren't around they are always in another area which is weird. The building is small and you can never find anybody
They blame the latino peoples for things up there that other people are doing. Typical..stereotypical & biased opinions & presumptuous thoughts about Latin Americans. A place they all seem to think isn't apart of the same continent they are apart of. It is best to just steer clear of this place for upper managerial hierarchy has a cultural misconception. Clearly biased & uneducated along with an unwillingness to be accountable for ones' own actions and self education.
