I can t even begin to describe you the level of customer service we received at this hotel. It was truly amazing, from the valet helping us with our bags, to sending our little girl a special birthday treat. For a mom with her hands full juggling a couple of kiddos. They even helped deliver our food to our room. This will be our designated place for our future trips to Seattle. So impressed.
Hotel is still pretty nice and staff is friendly and attentive. However beware of very high ($50) parking. Rooms are not well equipped...no refrigerator, microwave or coffee maker. All sit down restaurants still take out only. Not the best $200+ spent for getaway. We probably won't be back.
Great place to stay. Staff was very friendly and facility was reamarkably Clean! Security was Excellent and is in a "safe space" location!!!
An incredible location for a beautifully appointed property with wonderful customer service. My son and I visited during the pandemic and although the hotel is really quiet we felt like the warmth and hospitality of a world class hotel. If you download the app, the chat feature makes communicating every we need easier. They are quick to respond and are there to help you have a great experience. I asked if there was opportunity to upgrade and we ended up getting an amazing room on the 43rd floor basically the same height of the Space Needle. I wouldn't stay anywhere else downtown Seattle this is the place to be!
Hotel was clean and modern. Staff was incredible, starting with the gentlemen posted in the valet area up through the desk staff. I had requested a mini fridge and it was in my room prior to me arriving. Room was on the larger side, bed was comfortable and the views were awesome! Relish Bistro To Go was convenient enough, but will be even more so once they are open past 7pm. Location is about half a mile from Pike Place Market, making it a close walk to restaurants, bars and other activities. The Seattle monorail it around the corner as well! Love the location.

It was such an amazing stay! Our family needed to get out for the spring break and decided Westin was the spot. But my oh my, the hotel was the highlight of the whole trip! We had amazing service, our name on the TV, and such a good room! I have never seen a hotel care so much about their guests. 10/10.
Fantastic hotel with an exceptional staff willing to go out of their way to accommodate you. The valet isn t available right now, but private self parking is available on site. We had a king room with the city view and loved it.
Extremely polite staff and very helpful! Property is immaculate and the rooms are great. The location is close to everything especially if you wanna walk to space needle or Market.
