I gave them one star because giving them zero stars was not an option.
I don't know how any of their results can be trusted when they can't get height measuring correct. Their examiner put my height at 5'3" when I'm actually 5'5 1/2". I noticed it on the paperwork and made a different person measure and correct my height.
I noticed that the results that were sent to me don't have the height measurement on them. Height is part of how BMI is calculated. If they used 5'3" as my height then the results for BMI are falsified.
I feel like this company is a scam.

My wellness #'s tell me areas I might need to improve and what I'm doing well at. I agree with charging less for people who are healthy. My family of 4 with 2 young adult kids, doesn't take prescriptions and our wellness #'s are good. I think we should get a credit on insurance for being healthy.

This company says they want you to be well but if you are not the "ideal" body mass index or waist size - even though you are healthy and the doctor has no concerns - you are cheated out of the $55 credit per month. So essentially since I found out this year I qualify for an exception to this BMI Requirement after the "appeal" Deadline (Which was out of my control) , I do not qualify because I did not file "some kind" of appeal before May 17. Therefore, they now don't have to credit me $55/month for 12 months = $660.00. Where does this make sense? They lean on policy every time and do not really care about the actual customer which is what they should be working for and care about.

The individuals they bring in to do bio-metrics are incredibly professional. But being 5'8" and 218 puts my BMI in the OBESE category...which couldn't be further from the truth. My body fat percentage is below 16%, blood pressure is normal, my resting pulse is in the low 50s...but my waistline barely clears the requirements. Why am I penalized for being athletically built? There is absolutely no concern from my doctor. This company is one of the reasons why people don't trust the health care system.

My experience over the past two years has been very complicated. It's like trying to jump thru hoops to get this done. the other hand does not know what the other is doing in this company. There is alot of organization needed in this company when I call asking questions and they dont know the answers.

Bravo Wellness is just another example why healthcare should all be non profit. Cheating people out of wellness credits they earn and not caring just to line their own pocket. Stay away from them if at all possible!!!

The yearly bio-metrics are a clear concept to keep the participants focused on basic health parameters and helping to correct on time any possible and future health issues. Set your goals and do after 6 months with your family physician a complete wellness checkup to see if you are in line with your goals and adjust if necessary. I am now fully aware that a constant daily exercise routine is essential to maintain a healthy condition. Using a rowing machine works great!
