When our older son started school and we saw that he would need to transfer twice to get to school, we were worried until we heard that he would be riding Yaeger buses. We love that we can trust the drivers to make sure our sons get to and from school safely!
This is the worst bus service I have come across for my children this year. I hope the school goes with a totally different bus company next year. They are so unorganized they don't make sure the district has the correct pick up times on the students bus identification cards to match what they have on the route sheet at the base. The parent's going off the time on the card and bus arrives before that. They don't take attendance before leaving the school and my child got left at the school that was her only way home. She was an hour late coming home. She had to ride underage in a cab with a man driver and no cameras to protect her. She is only ten. When the driver arrives to the stop route Y23 she does not greet the students or the parent's. I spoke to Chad the owner about the driver not having great customer service and he snicker in the phone as if it was a joke.
Steve the bus driver on bus 20 is late 10 to 20 minutes late every single day, which results in us being late for school.
Good folks here to keep ya kids safe and to school and back home on time.
Discourteous and they change the pickup times without notice. They don t seem to care if they pick up my kid or not. They also take off while my kid is still walking to her seat.
Many years ago I worked for Yaeger. This is a solid, family run company, and a small business that puts their blood sweat and tears into their operation. They run a tight ship, they pay well, they put students first and they hold their drivers accountable to high standards. My experience at Yaeger taught me life lessons and I can assure you this team will always do their best to deliver.
As a young driver I wasn t always perfect, but the Yaeger family always knew how to balance discipline and empathy to provide a driver team that was timely, well trained and took good care of their passengers.
