Poor management in Mt Laurel NJ. Lack of communication between supervisors and employees. Supervisors talk bad about employees constantly. Very unprofessional. Constantly cutting hours. Supervisors play favorites. Employees are like a revolving door. Very few actually stay for more than a week or two.
