Braums Review

Enjoyed a grilled chicken salad. Tasty, can and satisfying.

Good food. Good prices.. some of the stores definitely need to be cleaner.

The produce and ice cream are always really good. The food is good too. They tend to be busy but a good space for friends, families, and groups.

Girlfriend grew up loving Braum's, so we took a road trip from Liberty Missouri just for lunch. It's the closest to the KC area. Definitely worth the 2 hour drive. Burgers & ice cream are always good. This location was very clean with fast service.

Hadn't been in years. Just relocated back to Kansas. Was yummy

We live in Grandview, Mo in the KC area. Use to live in Salina, Ks and miss being able to go for an ice cream whenever we wanted....We were traveling through Emporia and stopped for lunch. Kristen and Clarissa where awesome and Helped us with special request.....Thank you.

Drove an hour so that my spouse could try Braum's for the first time. The experience was horrible. Service was very slow, several members of the staff had terrible attitudes and one in particular was so rude and disrespectful we left and went to the other Braums on 6th St. (much better there, but we won't be making the trip again due to the initial treatment) Disappointed

This is the best ice cream. The only problem is I can only find Braum's in the state of Kansas.

Worst fast food breakfast I ve ever had! Definitely will not be going back. Hash browns taste like they were cooked in old grease, cinnamon rolls were hard and the iced coffee is horrible! So disappointed!

Best place for ice cream and the burgers are good too

I don't understand how this place is always dirty. My husband likes to stop here when we travel north, but I don't get it. I watched someone cleaning the dining area for 30 minutes and the place was still dirty. They also have a difficult time stacking a burger. The meat and toppings are never properly placed inside the smashed-up bun. The employees don't make it better, either. They always act like they'd rather be anywhere but there.

Amazing ice cream, and what other place has a small grocery store inside of a restaurant? .....I just wish they had one in KC.

The fact that my phone is asking me how was Braums is creepy. That said, it was delicious. Nice building

Quite a large choice of ice cream varieties, the wait was not long at all.

I love Braums, but this location is terrible. My food is never fresh, and yesterday even my ice cream was terrible! I was handed a melted nasty mess of a cone. I should have asked for a new one but I was leaving town and in a hurry. I won't be visiting this location anymore.

Cold food because the order had to be corrected twice.

Braums makes my favorite burger that one can get all over Kansas. This visit, I only got a waffle cone double dip.

First time ever coming to Braums. My husband and I both loved it. We don't have these in Florida. The staff was friendly and great service. Would recommend! We got a small Oreo Yogurt and a single scoop cone for under $5. Dairy Queen would have cost us $11+.

Was suggested traveling here from Olathe from a co-worker who had some ice cream from here in the past, definitely worth the trip.

We always stop here during trips because it's on the way and I think maybe the furthest north Braum's. Braum's, as always, is so good and I always want to go. The burgers are fresh, the ice cream and milkshakes are hard to beat, and they have my absolute favorite puckering limeades. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that this particular Braum's can be hit or miss sometimes when it's a hit EVERYTHING is good and perfect! When it's a miss the limeade is like lightly carbonated lime water, the fries are cold and unsalted, and the burgers are smushed and you're missing part of your order. It's been more hits than misses but more misses than some of the other Braum's I've been to.

One of the newest in the chain, very nice and clean. Grocery section has a good selection and is evenly priced.

Terrible food. I asked for fries with no salt.
I got cold, old salted fries. I took them back up to the manager and he said no problem. I will refry. I will have them ready in about 4 mins.
10 minutes go by and still nothing, 15 minutes ago by nothing. I walked back up to the counter and talked to another manager. She says bring your receipt here and I will cook you fresh ones. I told her I had already ate my sandwich and truly wasn't wanting any thing else. She asked for the receipt and refunded the money.
A very nice gesture but I would have preferred to have a good dinner.

Drive through had a long line sat in it awhile wasn't moving so went inside only one person taking orders waited quite a while to order then waited more for my food. They did say sorry for the wait. It was 1 pm on a Monday.

Braum's is not healthy but great- tasting, fresh food made quickly for an occasional guilty, indulgent fill-up! Reasonably priced and everything always tasty!

Beyond slow service and unpleasant workers.
Save yourself and drive to the Braums on 6th street!

Love the ice cream menu. A good place to go off the diet.

The hamburger bag with five hamburgers was really good. You could tell it was cooked fresh. The dining area was clean however the air was a bit smokey, assuming something had burned. It was nice outing with my kids , thank you braums!

Waited for biscuit & gravy 15 min. in drive thru and they gave me the wrong order. Went inside and waited another 10 min.

The Braum's chain has always been a favorite because of the friendly staff, burgers, shakes, fries and Really Good Ice Cream. This location was no different.

We love going to Braums but this location is a dirty Braums. We come through twice a week and the bathrooms are overflowing with garbage and untidy. Shake makers were covered with spilled ice cream and milk that was overflowing onto the floor. Glass cases messy. Such a difference from the other Braums we eat at. Staff friendly but just not up to a very high standard of cleanliness.

Chicken strips very thick and fresh. Lots of food for great price. Loved the egg nog shake

They sell the best milk and apples. I'd recommend buying groceries from their market. The ice cream is still great as always.

Had a Gouda burger and it was great. Hot, juicy and soft fresh bun. Would have given a 5 star but the french fries were not the best. Reminded me of crinkle cut fries I cook at home in the oven.

Braun's is a staple every time I come back to KC from Wichita. The ice cream is excellent, and the service never fails to be quick and full of smiles.
