I don't understand how this place is always dirty....

I don't understand how this place is always dirty. My husband likes to stop here when we travel north, but I don't get it. I watched someone cleaning the dining area for 30 minutes and the place was still dirty. They also have a difficult time stacking a burger. The meat and toppings are never properly placed inside the smashed-up bun. The employees don't make it better, either. They always act like they'd rather be anywhere but there.
