Braums Review

The food was great as with all Braums. As expected the staff was courteous and professional. Unlike other Braums, this store was dirty from the glass on the entrance door to the restrooms, to the floors, to the ketchup dispensers, to the dining tables. Not what I expect from Braums.

Good customer service, clean store and fast service

This store has gone downhill since changing managers. Ate lunch there today. The employee whom took our order was very nice. The rest of the visit was less than acceptable. The drink area and eating area were filthy. The food was terrible as I tried the limited time only green chile cheeseburger. I will never have one again. It looked nothing like the picture, was totally squished and was mush when you bit into it. There was an employee who was supposed to be wiping down the tables that looked like they needed to shower and wash their hair and shuffled from table to table not even cleaning the entire table top and not even looking when they did it. I will not go back any time soon . It used to be so nice and clean and food food.

First time ever having breakfast at Braum's. Big Country Breakfast was great!

Braum's is my stuff. As usual it was great. Maybe cut back on the blue coloring in the birthday cake a bit though...

When I'm passing thru a town with Braun's, there's no question where lunch is happening. The burgers and fries are great and the ice cream and shake options are fantastic! If we had these in the Kansas City metro, I would be in trouble!

Great food and amazing ice cream! I love their no sugar added options. The chocolate milk is so good too. The service at this location is a bit slow though, but they may have been under staffed.

It's ridiculous when the employees shut down the grill 40 minutes before closing so they can get out earlier. Should be able to order food during open hours.

Interesting concept. Classic grill and ice cream shop with a twist - a little grocery market attached. Who would have thought? Great ice cream and the salad and fries are pretty good too.

Their chicken dinner isnt bad, but I with the tenders had more seasonings, and I would have to say the same about the white gravy.... The food is semi pricey too but you do get what you payed for

Decent priced food, milk shake wasn't that bad, but I haven't had a good shake in forever since MCD's machines are always broken lol. So I'd say best shake I've had in a while.

First and only time I've ever been here. I was impressed by the size of the burgers!

I love my local Braums store. Great ice cream, 'burgers and 'fries. I do wish they stayed with the third pound 'burger instead of the quarter pounder. The ice cream still trumps McDonalds though, and food is fresher, so I'll keep coming back. Spangles is close by, so I'll see them also.

My husband had never been, I was excited for him to try the shake, I ordered a malt. The guy working there talked to the girl working our order the entire time. Other patrons were very confused with what was happening. The malt has chunks of malt powder, terrible experience and malt. Never going back.

Braums has amazing food and ice cream, but this particular store has extremely slow service. The bathrooms are almost always disgusting; no toilet paper, no soap, trash cans all over flowing. For a few months I was driving back and forth and always stop because we love the food. I ll drive the extra few miles from now on to go to the 6th street braums.

What can I say that has not already been said that is so positive? Everything was awesome and I wish there was a Braums in KCK.

When is it not a good time for braums? My only complaint is the fries. Crinkle cut just like you buy at the store. Taste that way too.

My favorite fast food place of all time. Food is always hot and delicious, and you can never go wrong with getting some ice cream.

They must stop at kind of place I need a milkshake now

I honestly do not think I have ever been in a more disgusting restroom while traveling! Literally two stalls one was out of toilet paper the second one I had first past up because it was so dirty needless to say we left if the restrooms were that gross how dirty is the restaurant it's self!

This is my wife and I's favorite ice cream chain. They have the best flavor selection of creamy scooped ice cream.

This place is absolutely awesome!! Great food and even better ice cream!! And they even change your soda from a meal to a shake!! The kids LOVE that!!

The scream eggs were not edible. Waste of money. I probably could have used them for resouling my shoes.

I go for the groceries. The restaurant isn't very clean. I dont even want to think about the kitchen area. Scary.

No matter which state it hits, Braum's always meets the mark. Pity there are none closer to me than an hour long drive.

Beautiful, Market, Lovely Ice Cream Parlor, and loved the Hawaiian Burgers!!!!! I recommend everyone visit Braum's, I just wish that they had them on the East Coast as the do in the mid west!!! SC,NC,GA,FL,VA,MD,NJ,NY,CT,VT,NH,MA,ME,AL,LA,MS, AND TN, WV

Great dinner after a long day of traveling. Bathrooms were clean (smelled so strongly of bleach that my 7 year old commented it smelled like a pool). Service was fast and friendly. Best burger I've had on a 9-day road trip! :-)

Braum's used to be one of my favorite places to go. But with a recent string of poor quality and customer service I've had to rethink my appraisal. Of our two locations the 6th Ave store does far better than the Industrial St location, but unfortunately, there have been sudden issues there as well.

Very impressed with the quality, service, and especially the value! Wish there was a location near my home in Kansas City!

Great ice cream cone. I live in Kansas City instead of Springfield now, so this was a welcomed treat on my trip.

Love their shakes. Just had the 4 cheese burger it was great.

Service was Awesome but not having AC all day was not right

Great food, terrible restrooms. We like to stop at Braums whenever we travel into their territory. They have great hamburgers and even better shakes. Unfortunately I have yet to find one that has clean restrooms. In this case it looked like it had been a few days since the toilet had been cleaned; it also smelled in there.

Additionally, the restrooms always lack baby changing tables for diaper changes. It would be a great accommodation for their customers. Instead, this location had a hat/coat rack on the wall, because almost everyone wants a place to hang their hat or coat when they use the restroom.

We stop here a couple times a month. This last time, the fountain drink machine didn't work, the trash cans were full and there were no paper towels in the bathroom.

They were out of vanilla soft serve. How does that happen?

Very good place to eat a good hamburger and icecream, their limeades are the best in the country.

They are open not like the scared closed starbucks across the street!!!

Stopped for breakfast & it was the worst we ever had. Food tastes old. Thankfully we got our money back. Ice cream restaurant should not serve breakfast. We went across the street to good old faithful, McDonald's.

Slow and didn't get the order correct, again. We stop because the kids like the shakes.

My wife and I stopped at Braum's in Emporia and we were going to get ice cream I really like Braum's Ice Cream but this place was the filthiest place on Earth.

Easy location to get to, plenty of parking and quick drive-thru option. Typical assortment of Braums delicious beverages, foods & desserts. Large dine-in area with plenty of seating, very clean and friendly staff.

We love Braums. Good food, reasonable prices. Hubby loves carrot muffins. And ice cream: rocky road, black walnut my faves.

I may be biased...I LOVE ICECREAM SO MUCH! But I really enjoy visiting this particular location. The ice cream, of course, is fantastic and the service is just as good! I've never had any issues with the staff. I used to visit this location weekly. Just saying, it's great.

If we had one of these in our town I would eat myself to death.

I love ice cream and finally had a chance to stop in Braum's for the first time in Emporia KS. I really enjoyed the ice cream it was fantastic and the two young ladies that waited on me were really pleasant.

They forgot my sister's shake ton!!! Unusual, but she survived without it!

It was totally awesome as usual. The staff was very helpful and nice. The place was very clean which is very important to me. The ice cream can't be beat. Thank you and God bless

I would like to report my displeasure with the service of your restaurant. Sunday July 9th 2017 my family and I were returning to KC from a wedding in Wichita when we choose to stop at your restaurant which up until yesterday had been are favorite place to stop when traveling this direction. Store 66 Order439808 at 1:31pm we waited for over 35 minutes to get are food and that was after asking the Manager why it was taking so long to get the order up! Her only comment was the chicken will be up in 3 minutes and she walked away! When receiving my order I went to our table only to find they didn't give us the complete order. This wait was an on going problem for everyone who came in the door! There was plenty of manpower because 8-10 young kids were standing around waiting to and not managing the restaurant!be told what to do next! Seems the manager was doing the cooking.

Had to wear a mask. Not easy eating a burger, with a mask on. SMH
