I would give them 0 star if google has that option. I am totally disgusted by their service and staffs.

these guys are the worst! they charged $565 fee for NSF cheque fee! That is completely ridiculous!!!!

They charged me for an extension fee of $3955.00 for the extension that was cancelled. staff if unbelievably rude, unprofessional. No refund was given even after all documents were submitted by my lawyer.
Another incident were I received a letter belongs to some other condo unit. When I called to advise them of their error, they hung up saying don't call here without knowing the reason why was I calling!
They DO not deserve any star!!

I had a great experience with them. They responded fast and were very professional.

In regards to the negative reviews that people have written here:

(1) People forget that should have a lawyer represent you when you are engaging another real estate lawyer - especially when it concerns a real estate transaction.

(2) Law firms waste a lot of time answering people's questions. Like every business you need to pay for someone's time.

(3) These lawyers wrote some of the textbooks on real estate law. They are very knowledgeable and you need to treat their time with the respect they deserve.

Extremely disrespectful. 1 star is a praise to them.

Extremely disrespectful the people who are working for this company are unprofessional dont recommend them at all they delay the job just to get money by taping your name wrong one star is a big gift for them

This law firm is absolutely ridiculous. Not only are the employees at this firm unprofessional, they are extremely rude and disrespectful. They have absolutely no disregard for anyone else other than themselves. The employees at this firm need to learn how to communicate properly and professionally. Think carefully before choosing this law firm.

If you are not a lawyer, then you are not allowed to speak to them based on their policy. Very lazy people, do not pick up the phone call and do not speak to you in the right manner.

If I could give ZERO I would. SOOOOOOO rude! DON'T use this firm!

Full of very rude, unprofessional, bad attitude and toxic people work in that firm.
