I have been to this auction many times but recently i got burned really bad. They have a tendency of running there vehicles green lighted but with a yellow caution which basically means you get nothing in regards to protection.. I paid for an inspection to arbitrate and of course there inspectors found nothing. yet when i get the vehicles nothing works the arcadia i purchased was as complete loss. it had been submerged in water and all the electrical and timing belt was no good.. shop told me it would cost more to fix then was feasible... I just don't understand how these cars can pass there shops as good.. not happy. they did this too me once before on a truck i bought there and i stopped going for like 8 months. i decide to try it again and got burned bad. this is gonna cost me like 7k in losses.. i would not buy from this auction and go to mannheim Portland or DAA Northwest or Seattle auction. I talked to the arbitration manager and they told me there was nothing they could do "again". they sell bad cars that the sellers know something is wrong and even when they sell green light and you pay for the inspection they still pass as good cars.. if i where you i would go somewhere else!

Awful staff up front (terribly under-trained, rude, and disorganized). Worst mechanics in the business, they cannot quote or repair to save themselves. In addition to that their "seller warranties" are a a joke because of the aforementioned issues with the shop. The worst part is the management. Jerry Hinton, their GM in particular is a wreck. He is quick to make promises but a long way from delivering. EXTREMELY disorganized, he cannot keep appointments, (waited 45 minutes outside his office last time after driving from Salem). Nor does he keep notes! Any conversation with him and you'll have to give him a full recap on every conversation you've had, EVERY time you talk to him. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. Learn from other's mistakes and save thousands of dollars and many hours...

By far the worst local auction for dealers. The inventory is poor and the number of vehicles have dropped substantially since Adesa took over. They have lost business on every level and several of The long time employees have left. The majority of the staff are rude and inadequate, However some are very pleasant and have outstanding service. Gail and Jose are two if the best in the area. Overall not a fan.

If there was something worse than Poor-Fair, I would pick that. First I took my K-5 Blazer, in Great condition, for them to sell. When it didn't sell for the price I was asking, I went to pick up my Truck. They decided to charge me $100 to get my truck back. They didn't tell me that I would have to pay when I went to sell it. I paid it under their guise that they "Need to make money somewhere." Next, when I got my truck back, My license plates, good for another year, were missing. When asked, they said "it's policy to recycle all Plates, Good or Bad." They refused to pay for the plate or even look for them. I called them in stolen, just in case. Last, on the drive home, I notice that my 4 wheel drive shifter was loose. When I removed the boot to look inside, the bolts were bent and broken. They tried to shift my AUTOMATIC truck with the 4 WD stick. Seriously?! Don't take your Cars Or Trucks here! I wouldn't buy anything from there, either. Who knows what kind of great vehicle has been messed up. No Thanks Brashers!

Worst place to try and purchase a vehicle. Their "technicions" can't inspect anything properly and when they are questioned, they say there is nothing wrong with it. Watch out for this outfit.

I am just going to describe what happened in the past month at this auction, and not take the time to list every problem with this auction. First, bought a truck and was going to pick it up after office hours and called in to request a gate pass be left with security. The pass was never brought out to security, TWICE! (This happens a lot, call security to make sure they have the pass before driving out and wasting your evening)

Had a truck that the mechanic backed into another car with and dented the side, they called to say that it will be fixed for free. No big deal, things happen but its a little irritating getting your truck back with auto body paint stained in the front seat, steering wheel, and center console.

After placing a proxy bid online for a vehicle at $5,300, I decided to attend the auction in person anyways. I saw the vehicle that I had set an online bid on in person, and watched the bidding go up to $4000. About 5 minutes later I get an email saying "congratulations, you purchased this vehicle for $5100!!" They say it was just a mistake, my guess is that this happens to a lot of people without ever knowing. DONT BID ONLINE!

Their mechanics are so incompetent, their seller guarantees mean nothing. I mean "jiffy-lube" type wanna-be mechanics that dont cut it in any other shop, when they say a car is "good to go" what that really means is there is over $2000 worth of work needed right off the bat that any real mechanic would have seen during an inspection.

To top everything off, the security guard thinks 9:50pm means 10PM. When I asked if I could go in and get a vehicle out of the lot and be back out before the 10pm close time I get a "WE ARE F**CKING CLOSED! I AM NOT STAYING 10 MINUTES AFTER GET YOUR F**CKING CAR TOMORROW" After exchanging swear words back with the security guard, he let me in to get the truck. Didn't matter, truck wasn't there anyways because Brashers never puts things where they belong, or where they were sitting on the auction day and no one has a clue where to look for things.

So buying the vehicle was easy. The staff are friendly and the service was very nice. They even delivered the vehicle for free. But there was an error with the ODO that took a whole 2 weeks to fix. I had to go to the dealership that auctioned off the car to get everything done properly.

Have to park my vehicle in their parking lot since our semi trucks are parked there. Came back from driving over the road to find my partners car and mine with windows busted out. Their security here is horrible. The security guy that was there was sitting in his car at the gate which is no where near the security cameras. Not something you want to deal with after working 70 hours and find it at 2:30a.
