A huge deal of miscommunication amongst their own staff which led to a big disappointment. Systematically, a lot of improvement has to be done as regarding the actual no of products available in stock and the amount portrayed to the customers. We were promised a new product. We fully paid for it and decided that we'd be pick it up from their underground store at a later hour. Later, at pick up time we were told that the product we had paid for was not in stock anymore and the ones available were just the one we had tried earlier on display. They tried to convince us to buy the one on display which was not in the best conditions with just minimum reduction on the full price( a joke ). Just in case we had opted for delivery we're sure they would have sent us the faulty one on display whilst one would expect a new product. Well if you're not into disappointments, do a favour to yourself and avoid.

Im a regular client for years but i must say that my last vist was a terrible experience and these last weeks many products are missing i dont know if the covid 19 made the difference ! Hope they will improve by time !
A mega store well stocked. It really is a whole, excluding the food of course, the prices are quite competitive. A highlight of the bigmat and there is so much parking for the car. At the entrance there is also a nice little restaurant with typical Maltese products.

The one-stop-shop for most house and ironmongery needs. But they also have furniture, toys, and many other things that make this place an excellent go-to for most needs. Whilst it does tend to get busy at times, this does not stop the staff being extremely helpful and going out of their way to assist you.
This shop could do with a new arrangement , and more people working there , waited for 20 minutes for 2 plastic chairs
The last time i visited this place, I asked the price of some extension wire by the meter, which I was told was 80c p/m, i asked for 8 meters but when i got home i i noticed i was charged 1.10 p/mtr. They are to clear this out in my my visit, they said, i hope.

Well-stocked warehouse for both hobbyists and professionals. The materials are well exposed from the garden to the paint department. The upper floor is dedicated to garden furniture of excellent quality. prices are normal the material of good quality
