Sister had extreme abdominal pain, sweating requiring 911 call. Taken to emergency and over a span of 9/10 hours IV,Blood work/xray. No doctor until around 7:30 am . ( Thank the dear Lord that it was 'not' an abdominal aneurysm ). Visit to family physician showed results from the emerg blood work, let alone xray, along with the patient symptoms were indicative of further assessment needed. Fortunately , issue has somewhat resolved itself and follow up with family physician ( done few days later) is requiring surgical assessment and further testing ie CT. Not a good experience even though the Nurses did their best. Paramedics were great. Emerg Doctor totally off base but in some fairness to him had worked all night apparently being the only Dr. on duty. Not a total excuse , in this case, for an incompetent assessment.

Excellent all across the board great staff ...great volunteers...great doctors...perfect experience for day surgery...only one issue was with preop nurse was not great at withdrawing blood ...Dr. Drakos is a very special man takes great care of his patients and his team were all great as well...cant say enough

My husband a severe respiratory issue and severe leg and back pain. He was told to go to D wing at 21.00 for an MRI. He parked and there was no one there and it was not open. He had to walk all the way up the hill to get in. He was told to go there by the woman who phones re MRI. It caused him a great deal of pain and distress. If I was there alone as a woman I would have been most uneasy. Perhaps get you instructions clearer.

I fail to she why my mom was not seen by a doctor last night we came at 9 and she left at 6AM

Came in because of shortness of breath and chest pain. Its been 4 hours and im still waitting to see a doctor

The nurses who work here are some of the rudest people I have ever met. They are completely incompetent in their field, I have no idea how they keep their jobs or how this place stays open.
