Really can t say enough about the great Staff and Dr. Graham s Professional group! I suffered a serious knee injury as well as Achilles Heel injury where it left me just unable to walk. I now after a few short months am back to my normal self. Thank you Core Optimum!!!

A1! Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They make me feel welcome and provide excellent service. I ve seen Dr Pat a few times for lower back pain, and he walked me through the adjustments, provided me with some daily stretches, and corrected my form on the weighted exercises I do at the gym. The Core is about an hour drive from my house, but I m definitely willing to make the commute for that kind of service!

Great staff and fast results! After pulling my hamstring in soccer I kept re-injuring it, despite my best efforts. The staff here quickly assessed my injury and had me back playing after only a few weeks. Admittedly, I wasn't keen on paying out of pocket for the rehabilitation (as I don't have any insurance coverage) but it was well worth the money and had me back playing soccer within the same season. Thanks for all of your help!

I've been seeing Dr. Hadi for years now. He does magic to my back. I also had a rib out while I was pregnant and he fixed that too. He also recommended me to see their RMT Rhoda-Mae who is also amazing. I see less of Dr. Hadi now because of her. Hehe.

Always someone available to see you quickly. Great for sports injuries, everyone takes the time to give you the best possible treatment and back to sport ASAP!

Dr Coulson was absolutely fantastic. I was raised by a chiropractor and it takes a lot for me to trust somebody with my body. Very professional, respectful, and comfortable, and not to mention sanitary and clean! Highly recommended

Dr Pat and the team are magicians! My wife and I have had injuries that have debilitated us at times and in a matter of a few treatments and with the right complement of physio we have recovered fully.

I now do quarterly visits as a preventative measure and have never had this degree of mobility.

Dr. Graham and staff have saved me several times. I suffer from chronic lower back pain and they are able to keep me going for long periods of time with their effective treatments and exercise plans. I can t say enough about this place and their amazing team.

Amazing, professional team! They always make you feel welcome and ensure you leave satisfied and smiling. Dr. Graham walks you through all the adjustments so that you know what to expect, decreasing the fear and anxiety of chiropractic treatment. His adjustments are painless and you can feel the difference once he is complete. Massages by Scott are both therapeutic and relaxing. He uses a combination of extremely effective techniques to achieve and maintain pain relief. Definitely a team I will continue to recommend to all my friends and family!

Wonderful facility. Everyone is extremely kind, upbeat and knowledgable. I came to The Core this past summer when I was training for my first marathon. Dr. Pat helped me with my alignment and provided me with daily exercises to keep my knees from buckling during training. Highly recommend!

Everyone that works here is super friendly and make you feel like you re at home when you walk through the door. The knowledge they all have is very helpful. I do not often give reviews. I have been going to a chiropractor for most of my life since my 20's. Our family believes in chiropractic sessions as part of pro-active well being. I have had 3 chiropractors in my life time. All have been good. My last chiropractor of 15+ years moved out from the city, so I was forced to find a new One. My family members were first to find a new chiropractor. Our daughter first found Dr. Tara. She liked her. My wife and son then followed suit. They were all singing the same song - I need to see Dr. Tara. I am somewhat reluctant with change, and hung on to seeing what I knew best.
I finally made the leap of faith. Saw Dr. Tara. I quickly began singing the same song. I noticed she used the traditional adjustment table, where the chiropractor does most of the work, and not the table. I thought I was going back in technology. I was pleasantly surprised. I find I am going less often for adjustments. My back is stronger and she is helping with other ailments like plantar fasciitis. .As a golfer who has lost some flexibility and distance with age - she is keen to offer stretches and exercises. She will actually demonstrate on how to do the exercise - which is gold to me. This place can be buzzing with activity. Lots of athletes going here, along with all ages and for a variety of ailments. The head Chiropractor takes care of the Blue Jays, is an avid competitive golfer, and played hockey for the Toronto Maple Leafs. How do you beat that? This speaks credibility. Our family lucked out with finding Dr. Tara and her team.

The best place to go if for lower back pain or for Any type of pain.!! I went there today and I was not able to walk, sit down and had trouble laying down. Now I can basically do all the above with very little pain. The amount of care I received I was so satisfied. They showed me how to stretch properly to help relieve my pain and i had the most relaxing massage! I would totally recommend everyone to go here! The staff is amazingly friendly and I totally applaud Dr Hadi for his work & professionalism! Great place 5star indeed!

Doctors are awesome; experienced, willing to assist each other, very helpful in emergency situations. Overall total satisfaction. I refer everyone here and no one's ever been disappointed. Dr. Ali is a true gem!
