Bransons motorcycles Review

Many thanks to everyone at Bransons who got me living the dream again, Mick, who got me through my CBT and mod 1, Chris who kept on encouraging me when I kept failing my mod 2 and Mike who introduced me to my Honda CBR 500 R when I eventually passed my mod 2 great team altogether

Great place, great deals. Got my first geared bike here. also ive done my full motorcycle license with them, instructor was brilliant and funny, hes really helped me with my nerves and bad habits. The staff are was helpful and friendly.

I did my CBT today with Steph and by the end of the training I was more than confident on the roads, great teaching, advice and tips. Worth every penny!

Instead of dropping my bike off as arranged to fix a simple warranty issue the incompetence to organise a simple thing was beyond them so now I have to take more time off work to get soaking wet and still the job won't be fixed so it will be three trips! With a combined mileage of 270 miles-Useless! This is the kind of care you receive when you buy a brand new bike!

For the attention of Mr pallen, I'm happy with the service I received...eventually, I want to correct you on a couple of points, the initial appointment was to fix the problem and I wasn't informed that it was an exploratory one, if I was informed of this then I'd understand (slightly) but I wasn't told of this. Also I was not informed that as I dropped the bike off in the afternoon then it would have to be an overnight thing, in fact it was two overnighters! In the end I'd had three half days at work and had a round trip of 270 miles and messed my customers around. You seem to be insinuating that this is somehow my fault when it is not.
The problem was resolved in the end and I'm a happy customer after having a free service but I wouldn't expect anything less. The reason I bought a Honda is because they have a good record for build quality and customer service and I also read up on Brandon's and was happy that I'd be treated well. I've had quite a lot of bad experiences with some dealers and other company's over the years and if I'm not given a decent level of service then I'll spend my money elsewhere. You have my phone number on your system so I suggest a phone call would have been the best way to deal with this issue.

Passed my cbt, Mod 1 and Mod 2 with bransons motorcycle training the instructors are very professional, a good laugh and easy to get along with 5 stars :)

Wow where to start!? These guys are amazing. From phoning Sarena and explaining what I wanted from the training, she booked me in for lessons and tests with no stress my end. To Den the instructor who put me at ease all the time. I only had 1 lesson before MOD1 and passed first time, and again for MOD2. Like previous comments if Den says your going to pass then you ARE going to pass. Have faith in yourself as he does. I would most definitely recommend these guys for anyone looking at any bike lessons/tests. Thank you, thank, THANK YOU. Now I wont be holding everyone up on a 125cc

Not sure what you have to do to get served here but, have been in so many times and been completely ignored that I think I must be invisible. Their loss though, 12K spent elsewhere.
EDIT Thought I'd give them another chance in June 2018, wasn't ignored this time but wish I had been as the service was shockingly appalling. The sales person in the Yamaha/Kawasaki showroom couldn't have been less helpful or more rude if he had tried, on top of which he spoke to me as if I was stupid. Got straight back on my bike and went to a dealers that treats customers with respect.

Absoloutly brilliant did my CBT with steph on sunday was nervous at first but got me past it , didnt want the lesson to finish in the end definatly be doing my DAS with them once passed my theory couldnt reccomend more

Fantastic training great sales team highly recommend for anyone looking to get into bikes made to feel extremely welcome and very helpful staff no pressure top notch training

Should b 2 star bought helmet had to return it as it leaked staff was not very happy or helpful I go else where now wont use em again

Great shop with a good selection of bikes over the full site. Also has a hot drinks machine so good for a pit-stop while out on a ride!

Purchased a revvi electric bike for my son excellent service from the sales team

Unfortunately I have a really bad experience,
I phoned up and arrange for a bike to be bought from me, they told me to bring it to them as they will buy it, so I loaded it up in my van, drove 50 miles, only to get told sorry they don't want it after all, they even waited for me to unload the bike...... absolute time wasters!!!

Just want to say a massive thank you to Bransons for helping me pass my bike test. From doing my CBT with Stef, passing my MOD 1 & 2 with Den and the easy bookings with Sarena.. They all make you feel at ease and give you the confidence on the road. COULDN'T RECOMMEND THESE GUYS ENOUGH..
