Instead of dropping my bike off as arranged to fix a simple warranty issue the incompetence to organise a simple thing was beyond them so now I have to take more time off work to get soaking wet and still the job won't be fixed so it will be three trips! With a combined mileage of 270 miles-Useless! This is the kind of care you receive when you buy a brand new bike!

For the attention of Mr pallen, I'm happy with the service I received...eventually, I want to correct you on a couple of points, the initial appointment was to fix the problem and I wasn't informed that it was an exploratory one, if I was informed of this then I'd understand (slightly) but I wasn't told of this. Also I was not informed that as I dropped the bike off in the afternoon then it would have to be an overnight thing, in fact it was two overnighters! In the end I'd had three half days at work and had a round trip of 270 miles and messed my customers around. You seem to be insinuating that this is somehow my fault when it is not.
The problem was resolved in the end and I'm a happy customer after having a free service but I wouldn't expect anything less. The reason I bought a Honda is because they have a good record for build quality and customer service and I also read up on Brandon's and was happy that I'd be treated well. I've had quite a lot of bad experiences with some dealers and other company's over the years and if I'm not given a decent level of service then I'll spend my money elsewhere. You have my phone number on your system so I suggest a phone call would have been the best way to deal with this issue.
