Ordered "fresh" coffee on Monday, it only arrived on Friday. The trial package included a bag of Espresso beans that was over a month old and the rest was weeks old - I don't call that "fresh".
Never had an answer to an email asking if my order might have been lost.
The coffee itself is OK.
Great coffee and excellent service. A few packages were not delivered properly closed by accident. Within a few days the suits were exchanged by a nice lady at our house. Class!
