Rough (presses hard), but in general a great experience. I always get my tests done here if I can as I find there are shorter wait times compared to other places and the staff is quite helpful. The only downside is they don't always answer their phone.
I don't get why this place gets bad rep. I called early and got same day appointment. The staff is very friendly and the technician that did me ultrasound was very thorough and professional.
I went there about 10 days back and I had a pathetic experience. The young girl on reception(maybe Hispanic) was very rude and didn t answer my queries properly. I d say if you cannot be sympathetic, don t work in healthcare. Rather go to some other place, a lot of people do these tests

My experience with the ultrasound technician was horrible. She doesn't want to start the ultrasound because she said my bladder was not full yet, but I wanted to go the washroom very badly and pee.
