I was recommended to this place from my school to get help for my mental issues (crisis situation), and the lady was extremely rude to my mom for having edna insurance and told her that they can t see her at all PERIOD, and eventually told her to leave after she started crying.
Ty Mrs. Latoya Grady for being a Wonderful & Helpful case manager. The rest of lifepath has a ton of work they need to do to fix their broken system.
My counselor referred me to this place and I went there it s not by appointment it s first come first serve ,so when they opened they checked me in and I went right on to the back Mrs Webb I believe that s her name was very patient with me with my kids being there also even while tryin to examine me ,I hope this place help me cope through my struggles (mentally) the experience was peaceful but it was a a long intake ,,overall they are nice they gave us snacks (lil gold fishy bottle of whatever ) they welcomed was pleasant I think I can trust this
Today I went for a scheduled appointment to this location only to be told "You're in the wrong place". I had the appointment card in my pocket and it said Mckinney. If this had only been my first experience but this is the third. They try to blame me but I have the appointment cards.
Worst the therapist I was seeing had a family emergency and I never heard from her or anyone at that location. Alma drive.
You're playing with people's mental health and I really needed this appointment with all the quarantine stress from other personal things.

Worthless people who know nothing, I would rather go broke doing it in my own. Was stalked and harassed by various people who worked for them. They also held me against my will a few times. Will be filing a law suit against these jokers!
We will NEVER EVER CONTACT these people again. There caseworker Sarah! A nightmare. We have gone through the necessary steps to report them but if it were us our recommendation would be go elsewhere. Exhaust all other avenues of help available to you before even considering (I hope you don t even consider them) help from this place. It s a joke and again stay the heck away from Sarah!

Kaylin Hardin lied to me about the billing circumstances while disregarding everything we had discussed. I was given a false diagnosis without an evaluation.
Tammy Mahan is the CEO and allows this behavior to be their main practice of exploiting the mentally ill. Just like other facilities money is their priority not they patient.
