I hired Branching Out for my wedding, and they did a fantastic job! We met with Casee to discuss what we were looking for and from that one meeting, I knew I could trust her, Tom and the Branching Out team to deliver. She listened, asked questions, gave input and was responsive. When I saw the final product, I could not have been happier. They exceeded my expectations! I have and will continue to recommend them!

These are the flowers I bought for Mothers Day. This is what they looked like on Sunday Mothers Day: wilted and dead except one orange flower. They were delivered late Thursday and by Sunday they were looked like this. A few flowers and a bunch of leaves in a mason jar for $50. I could have gotten better flowers at a gas station for $10. Don't waste your money.

Although I was a little concerned after our initial meeting there was some lag time, however all was resolved and the final product for my wedding was more than I could've expected! It was exactly what I described but even better! I couldn't have been happier, they were just gorgeous!

I ordered online from their website and the process was fast, easy and the order went directly to their business, not through FTD. My order was delivered within two hours and it was exactly what I envisioned. Thanks for making my niece's day, you guys are awesome!

My mom, sisters and I recently attended Branching Out & Company's Holiday Wreath Design Class for the first time and will be making this an annual tradition, along with attending any other events they host! Our wreaths were absolutely beautiful and the experience was so intimate! The staff was so genuine and made you feel right at home. The perfect girls' night out -- and our real wreaths are hanging in our homes providing the freshest winter scent! We will absolutely be back!!!

Their arrangements are top notch. However I ordered flowers delivered and they never showed. I Ordered them online and was told that they did not check their online orders. So if you want flowers delivered best to call them. They did offer to send flowers to days later but that did not help my situation.

It's a local owner and have been around for sometime. She does a great job with the floral arrangements. Pretty store.

I use Branching out and Company for all of my photography needs. They make gorgeous floral crowns and arrangements for my sessions! Their customer service is amazing, and Casee is always quick to answer my inquires on social media! I highly recommend!

Very disappointed in the quality and size of arrangement for the money paid. I ordered 2 arrangements at the same time for consecutive weeks. One for personal and one for a hostess gift. The first arrangment was pretty but the flowers were already old looking and did not last 4 days. I brought the vase back for the second arrangement. When I picked it up, it was half the size of the first and by no means met what I had requested. It was also not packaged in a car appropriate box as the other had been just a week prior. I am embarrassed by this arrangement and will not be bringing as a gift. I was hopeful due to pictures I had seen posted and even the quality of the pictured hand tied. This was not it.

Branching Out and Company took our vision for our wedding and brought it to life. Casey and staff were very professional and prompt with everything. They arrived to our venue on time and set up with zero issues. I got so many compliments on all of our floral arrangements and how our venue looked because of them. If you are stuck between this company and another for your wedding, choose Branching Out. You will not regret it.

I visited a total of 3 floral shops when looking for my Wedding Florist, the last one being Branching Out & Company. The other shops seemed very standard and tried to lead me in the direction they wanted, not necessarily what I wanted. When I met with Branching Out & Company they were inspiring, creative and wanting to take my ideas to the next level without straying from the vision. We had an initial in person consultation, one more in person meeting to finalize the flower choices and budget, and a final phone conversation a few weeks before the wedding to button up the details. When discussing the quotes they found flowers that matched the vision but were also in my price range. They have a delivery option available, which made it extremely easy and worry free for me on the wedding day. I was extremely happy with how everything turned out and many of the bouquets lasted for a couple weeks after the wedding. I recommend Branching Out & Company for your floral needs yes they have great flowers, but they also have a great creative vision to make your day truly unique.

Went to Branching Out and Co for my wedding bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and some decor. They did a great job! They made the process of figuring out what I wanted stress free and helped me to find what I was looking for.

Branching Out is a nice shop with pretty good physical product but the customer service has never been all that warm. I spend about $15 there a month so maybe I'm just not a big enough spender for them to care.

Almost every time I go there I meet a new person, so it's tough to build a rapport and the folks I do occasionally see more than once don't seem all that interested.

They're nice enough but not enough to make you feel overly welcome. The arrangements they've made for me are usually pretty dissapointing - lacking love.

I tried them for over 6 months which I think is more than fair, but now it's time to find a place a little more welcoming and with a little more passion.

Branching Out is by far the best place to book in The Valley for wedding and reception flower arrangements and decor!! Their team is extremely talented, with such an eye for placement and color. Rebekah and Nicole couldn't have been sweeter and more responsive during the planning process; we had complete trust in their abilities!

Worked with Branching out last minute due to changes in wedding associated with COVID-19 and can t say enough good things! I was so happy they were available and able to travel to deliver my flowers. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and they were helpful with being able to deliver to the two locations and help set up at one location. They even helped last minute with setting up a bouquet and boutineer for my husband and me for our small ceremony when COVID started. They were easy to communicate with and worked with us every step of the way.

Service was on point , detail oriented and helpfull, with ideas and suggestions and really taking the time to get to know my style and what we wanted for our wedding. Nicole was amazing everything was better than I had pictured they nailed it! I also found it so helpful that I could give my budget and they worked with me to get me something I would be more than happy with and stay in my budget! Flowers were delivered the day of event on time and looked amazing! I would reccomend them to anyone! Customer for life!

Honestly, when I walked into the venue, the flowers took my breath away. Casee, Tom & their staff are extremely talented. We explained what we were looking for and they exceeded our expectations. After my florist bailing on me a few months before my wedding, I called branching out in a panic and they took care of me from then, on! I was able to sit down and consult multiple times, showing pictures of what I imagined and my budget and the girls at branching out made all of my dreams come true! My husband and I got married at our family cottage and the flowers are what made it so very magical. I wouldn t go through anyone else!! Casey and her team are easy to work with and eager to please!
