Branching Out is a nice shop with pretty good physical product but the customer service has never been all that warm. I spend about $15 there a month so maybe I'm just not a big enough spender for them to care.

Almost every time I go there I meet a new person, so it's tough to build a rapport and the folks I do occasionally see more than once don't seem all that interested.

They're nice enough but not enough to make you feel overly welcome. The arrangements they've made for me are usually pretty dissapointing - lacking love.

I tried them for over 6 months which I think is more than fair, but now it's time to find a place a little more welcoming and with a little more passion.
