Builder delayed own documents to give to bank by 3 months. And now charging extra money from customers for interest as delayed payment. Possession delayed very much. Sonal mam , Ganesh zende and jyoti sarode are working good
Rubbish customer service. Take five years for possession and promised within two years. Staff attrition very high and you have to start all over again everytime one person leaves and another takes on. No point escalating. Likes of Israr Khan ignore your feedback and any complaints. We had travelled all the way from UK for signing the agreement after liaising with their office only found out on arriving that they did not even have permissions in place. Wasted time and money in travel. Staff miscalculated and we overpaid but not even a word of apology. Attitude of staff for their issues is appalling. Is their way or the highway..
The ambience of this Co. office Inside residency club is a WOW
It's a wonderful place with very vast well maintained open area , having eye catching fountains, Buddha Statue , well decorated & lighted side walls.
The function halls are beautifully designed & maintained.The grand area for holding different functions is three storied, with elegant basement, wide ground floor hall & topmost open area for marriages and other party functions. This open area looked beautiful on the moonlit night.

Bought a flat from them hoping for excellent service and good hospitality, instead got disappointed with their horrible work ethic and lack of communication with the customer.
Very uncooperative and very subtly threaten to not help.
They themselves delayed the possession by 2 whole months even when the payment was complete, and when we went to collect the documents, they delayed that too!
Horrible service and an extremely unprofessional staff.
