Lovely property, lovelier people. Excellent hospitality with adequate COVID-19 measures. Great experience at the Bait Restaurant. The only thing I missed is the natural beach with sunbathing

A wonderful day spent with family, still a refreshing memory. Best in class staff , safe and hygiene for babies and families. Good food superb rooms and best room service. I would definitely suggest anyone whose looking for best hotels in Trivandrum.
Some improvement areas to point out are to have a good look at the bathtub hygiene ( especially at the exits of the water flows) for garden view rooms which I have stayed. And one of the doors were Jammed which they can surely fix.
Overall experience was good. My family loved the stay and rock beach coffee experience.

Good for a long weekend stay!

No words to describe ths beautiful tropical resort. Very courteous staff, well managed beautiful rooms with wooden furnishing. They have free recreation activites in the eve like boat ride on the lagoon, kite flying, cycling and evening tea and snacks by the sea. The infrastructure is beautifully maintained and you feel like being inside a lush green forest.
The only disapproval is the choice of non veg dishes in the dinner buffet worth Rs1500 plus tax. Could have improved. the complimentary breakfast was delicious. A breakfast table by the pool with a sea view is cherry on the icing.

Old, quaint and green. Ideal when there aren t too many annoying tourists.

Lush property with friendly staff & service. Complimentary boat ride, tea/coffee service & snacks by the ocean with live music, soft archery. Beautiful property built on the mountain facing the Indian Ocean. 20 minute car ride to the international airport. Delicious traditional food served at the buffet set up in Jasmin Bay restaurant. All the services at Jiva spa were awesome!

Mesmerized by the closeness to nature and backwaters adjacent to the property. Lush and beautiful gardens. Sunsets are amazing to watch and complementary evening tea provided by the hotel takes one away from the problems we are facing. We took all inclusive package with all meals included which was a good choice as we got to experience the rich Taj culture of providing finger licking food sticking to the the local delicacies while simultaneously providing North Indian dishes. In terms of hygiene sanitization was regularly done and tables were regularly disinfected the staff wore marks and encouraged all guests to do so as well. This was our second Taj visit in 3 months and trust me we were not disappointed. Thanks taj and thanks MMT For the amazing offers.

Whole luxurious jungle experience coupled with tinge of back water and beach. Tajness exemplified. Cannot have a match of the hospitality at any of the other chain. Truly honeymoon destination

This was our first stay in Taj properties..The Taj Green Cove team made it one of the memorable stay in our lives..From booking to check out, you feel the Tajness everywhere and every time..
Lush greenery..Balinese style architecture is visual treat..The moment you enter, you feel like you have entered into a Green paradise..One side backwaters another side sea and cottages located on small hillock..unique location..
Staff were very attentive and most caring..They surprised us with bed decorations and special cake in the evening..
Cottage was spacious and comfortable..Sitting in the balcony overlooking lush greenery and listening the chirping of birds was very relaxing..
Evening tea and snacks served at most scenic location, on the stripes of land between sea and lagoon..Amazing experience...
We enjoyed the country boat ride in their private lagoon..My son did cycling and soft archery in the evening..
Beach is seasonal..during our visit it was rock beach..
We had all our meals in Jasmine Bay, a pool side restaurant overlooking backwaters and sea..very picturesque place..Dinner with candle light.. Food was delicious..
Overall memorable stay..

Booked arabian sea view room in the resort. The expectation is that sea is near by the room but the sea is barely visible from the room. Room is overpriced in comparison to amenities provided. Breakfast is superb. Food at the restaurants is awesome.
