I have been buying and trading my vehicles at Braman since 2013, even when I made the decision to stray from one of their on-site brands.. Amit, Lorzeno, & Edgar were once again right by my side ready and eager to help give me a reasonable trade and provide their knowledge of ALL brands + the market conditions surrounding them.
When the time came for delivery, Lorenzo was able to provide a mind blowing in-depth knowledge of the vehicles driving and infotainment programs on top of this he personally walked and inspected the vehicle multiple times, helping to find and remedy the smallest of infractions with his keen eye for detail.

Just amazing all around! I worked with Yoana for the deal and Victoria for the financing and have never had such a smooth experience. They were kind, helpful, responsive, organized, and fully invested in me and my family. We felt so welcome and like the only customers in the dealership. We drove from Sarasota to Miami to pick up our new car and had to do much of the deal over text due to my availability. Honestly this is easily the best dealer you can get your car from. You can do a deal with them BLINDFOLDED, specially if you deal with Maritza, the best sales associate and Amit her boss is also amazing. They did me a solid one on my deal, made things happen when the situation wasn t highly in my favor in the financing side, they re a great team and they also were extremely transparent about business & how they do things, they gave me sparkling water, coffee, made the deal go through like butter and I LOVE my new ride. Thanks to them. I love this place, but more so the people I dealt with. Edgar, finance mgr also great too.

My new Mini advisor Daniel Soto was exceptional. Dropped my car off at 10:30 am and was able to pick it up by 3:00 pm. Washed and ready to go.

When shopping for my new Mini, I quickly realized that the pandemic really created a limitation to the options I had available to me. I had my heart and mind set on one Mini, and she just wasn't there. Since my lease was going to be up just a few months later, I began feeling like I would have to settle and live with that decision for the next several years. Then I met with Marcos Flores, and he reassured me that he would help me find the Mini I could connect with and call my own. And ladies and gents, that's exactly what he did. Marcos spent 2 months helping me find her! I don't know of any car sales man that has that kind of patience and desire to please their client. But I suppose that's the biggest point here.... Marcos isn't just a car sales man, and you aren't just his client. Marcos treats you like he would a friend or family member, and values you as such. If you aren't happy, he isn't happy. It's that simple for him. Thank you Marcos for your patience and for helping me find my new Mini! I love my new Mini and look forward to the adventures I will have with her over the next several years.

Paulo Santos is a real professional sales person and a very nice guy. He listened carefully to my needs, showed me few good options and eventually got me a great deal for the one I liked! Jay Foster, the finance coordinator and also very nice, approved me a loan with the best terms! The service was AAA. I drove home happy in my new car :)
